Enjoy cable TV with DVD and VCR player, stereo, WiFi and many other amenities. Clubhouse with pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness gym, basketball and tennis. Pets are allowed with permission($100.00 pet fee).

I have vacation homes in Port Saint Lucie and Davenport, Florida and now near Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville NC. I love the Lord Jesus Christ, my kids and grandkids, roller coasters, eating, and being as active as possible. I enjoy sharing my vacation homes with others and enhancing their vacations with beautiful, great accommodations. Why stay in a motel/hotel when you can stay in a home with all its comforts? My hope is for all my guests to have a wonderful experience both with my homes and with me as your host.

Great Hostess


Wendy is A great hostess. Her place is like a home away from home. Easy access to Disney universal studios Seaworld in Disney downtown Springs. In walking distance of a grocery store. Her place is Beautiful and clean. Pool in site is Beautiful. Parking available at all times.

My expectations were exceeded with this cozy 1BR getaway, just over the line in Davenport. Quiet neighbors, local amenities, and the perfect couch to kick back and relax on. Wendy was a fantastic host and made my first experience a positive one. Thanks again, Wendy!

Great Location!


The stay was perfect for my wife & I. We primarily just spent three nights there as most of our time was spent at Disney during the day. The property is a great value and located not far from the theme parks.
