Villa with pool holiday home on the Lycian Mediterranean cost of Turkey. Set in pine forest on the slopes of Mount Olympos (Tahtali) Breathtaking views in peaceful surroundings. 10 months sunshine. Close to famous blue flag beaches, unspoiled natural and historical sites. Unique setting in Beycik near Kemer, a peaceful place on Turkey's south west Mediterranean Turquoise Lycian coast. Distance from Antalya airport is 70kms. Nearest towns are Tekirova 11km, Kemer 25km and Kumluca 27km. Beycik Beykent Villas are semi detached, self contained mountain villas. Each villa has its own garden on three sides of the villa. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, WC and a dining/lounge area with fire place that opens out onto a large terrace/balcony overlooking the garden, forest, mountain and sea. Upstairs the first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/WC. One of the bedrooms opens onto a balcony. Both floors cover a total 110 square meters.
 
The Price for  days for 2 adults and children is € uro inclusive of water, electricity, gas, air-conditioning and other amenities.
 
On arrival to your villa there will be bread, butter, cheese, milk, tea, coffee, fruit, and some village eggs. Although, the water is drinkable there will be a large bottle of water as well.
 
(You can get better rates to your Currency if you change it in Turkey in a Turkish bank rather than in your country). In turkey ZIRAAT BANK changes higher than others. Do not change in Bureau de Change or in the shops.
 
SHORT SUMMARY about BEYCIK and surrounding area
1-In BEYCIK near to the Beykent Evleri Villas there are;

• 4 local small restaurants
 
We recommend SIBEL’S FOUR SEASON restaurant/café which is the nearest one to the villa 3 minutes by car. They speak English and German.
 
2- ULUPINAR is 4 kilometres away from Beycik junction and this is an area of restaurants only. About a DOZEN restaurants/cafes scattered in the pine forest and some of them situated on Small River like water which, make them exotic and interesting particularly in the evenings.
 
3- CIRALI – OLYMPOS BEACH is 11 Kilometres’ from the junction. This famous blue flag beach is 4,5km long (3 miles) with several cafes/restaurants and small shops around it.
 
4- ADRASAN CAVUS KOY BEACH is 17 kilometres from the junction with a 2,5 km long beach. There are small, cafes/restaurants on the left-hand corner of the bay. They are situated on a small river type of water with small 
suspended bridges (20-30 meters long bridges). ADRASAN is also a protected conservation area
 
5- KUMLUCA is 27 kilometres from the junction. A small vegetable growing town with shops, banks. small supermarkets, fruit and vegetable market on Fridays.
 
6- MEYDAN RESTAURANT is 3 kilometres from the junction, towards Tekirova-Kemer direction. A road side restaurant/cafe, part of the restaurant is on a small river like water, under pine trees and in an orange orchard.
 
7- TEKIROVA is 7 kilometres from the junction, with beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes, a small supermarket, many grocery shops, ATM machines, bank, chemists, health clinic, post office. Open fruit and vegetable market on Saturdays.
 
8- PHASELIS BEACHES and RUINS is 10 kilometres from the junction. A famous ancient Lycian port town ruins with 3 bays and a sandy beach which is a protected conservation area. You can swim on its beach but no facilities of chez-long or umbrellas use your own towels to sunbathe. It is worth seeing.
 
9- CABLE CAR is 11 kilometres. Just after PHASELIS junction. Cable car carrying 80 persons at a time reaches the pick of the Olympos-TAHTALI Mountain in 10 minutes. Its heights reach a staggering 2335 meters. There is a café/restaurant up there and the views of the entire cost lines are.
 
10- CAMYUVA is 14 kilometres. with beaches, small shops. Open fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays. There is also small size supermarket (MIGROS).
 
11- KEMER is 25 kilometres. A medium size town with all kind of shops, cafes, several supermarkets (MIGROS and CARFOURSA etc to find daily fresh milk as well), banks and beaches. Health and SPA Centres, Marina and Moonlight beaches. They are almost next to each other. A big open fruit and vegetable market is on Mondays. 3 Private and state hospitals prices arereasonable and affordable
 
12- GOYNUK is 45 kilometres small town with beaches, shops etc.
 
13- ANTALYA is 70 kilometres. You fly to this airport. A big town (over a million) boasts of beautifully restored OLD TOWN.

Quiet, beautiful and relaxing


This property is up in the hills, off the beaten track and a car is essential. However it is also excellently positioned for this part of the coast and only a few minutes drive down to the main coast road. Within a short drive there are beautiful beaches surrounded by an isn\'t ruins, boat trips to secluded bays with perfect swimming, cable car to mount Olympus, a water park and a host of other activities. At night you then go home to peace and quiet and a cooling dip in the pool. The property is excellent. Large with a real family home feel and it has everything you need. The pool is big, emaculate and never crowded. You also have stunning views from the pool and the properties. There are several local restaurants and a village shop a couple of minutes away. This is genuinely a real find and one of the best properties we have stayed in for family holidays.

Lovely place to stay away from the heat of the coast


The villa was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needled for cooking etc.. There is a lovely balcony and we spent most of our time using it so that we could sit outside. The development has been well designed so you are not really aware of.people in other villas as the villas all look down towards the coast. This means no-one is opposite you and facing you. Despite it being August there were few other people around although there were more at the weekend. Consequently we had almost exclusive use of the pool when we wanted it. There was certainly no issue with noise from the pool which was about 30m walk from our door! You need a car and we drove past the entrance on arrival but were given directions to get us to the correct place. We would certainly return!
