This newer, custom log home has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The famiy room offers additional sleeping with a set of bunkbeds and a sofabed. With both a greatroom on the main level and a family room on the lower level, there is plenty of room for both adults and kids to spend time indoors. But it is the decks where you might find yourself spending most of your time!
 
This treed lot offers beautiful views and privacy, as well as easy access to the creek for fishing or wading. You can enjoy peace and quiet in ultimate luxury as well as nearby sights such as the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort less than a mile away, St. Elmo, hiking the Colorado Trail, climbing 14ers or rafting down the Arkansas River. Salida and Buena Vista are only 15-20 minutes away for all your shopping and dining needs.
