LOCATED IN NORTH PHOENIX (NOT ANTHEM ) at Interstate 17 just north of Happy Valley and The Shops at Norterra. Harkins/PF Changs/Olive Garden/Aho Sushi/Walmart etc.
 
Outlet Mall with Coach/Liz/Ann/BCBG/Nike and more just
2 miles North.
Shopping, Restaurants, Grocery, Golfing, Hiking are all near by and it's just a short drive from here to Sedona and The Grand Canyon.
 
Other things to note
El Encantos Dos, Mexican Restaurant, just east from the house on
Carefree Hwy on the left(north) side of the street right across from the Vets and Feed store about 5 miles. 
The other one is in Carefree with a huge interior courtyard and duck pond with ducks!

Great Place...


House is perfect for larger families with kids. Lots of great amenities. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. The photos don’t do the backyard justice, it is a great place to relax.

This is place is awesome!! First of all they communicate with you before you get there. They ask things like what temperature would you like the house and the pool? They are so hospitable. The space is big they have everything you would need. We’ll be back if we’re in the area again for sure ????????????????????????????????????????

We’d definitely stay here again


This beautiful house is very large! Plenty of space if you need it. We spent Christmas here and it was perfect. They had decorations up which made it more festive for us. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but I know if we would have, the host would have immediately jumped on it. Very large kitchen with all the pots & pans, crockpots, utensils, etc. that you’ll need! Lots of seating outside as well, the backyard is a beautiful relaxing place to hang out. We also liked the fireplaces throughout the house. Since we went in December, it was nice to sit by the fireplace at night. As the description states, there are some outdated things throughout the house, it’s not brand new, but overall it is gorgeous & nothing that was a big deal. We’d definitely stay here again & I recommend to anyone looking for a large place to stay with their family and/or friends.
