Entertain the family and friends in a well-equipped kitchen that includes 2 dishwashers, extra under counter refrigerator, and standalone ice maker. 7 flat screen TV's with DVD players, charcoal grill, 2 laundry rooms, 1100 square feet of covered beach and water view decks, spacious rooms with 10 foot ceilings, high speed Wi-Fi, professional decor, and 4 oversize bedrooms with direct access to outside decks.
 
The 28' X 14' saltwater pool adds to the enjoyment for any age! Adjacent to the pool is a covered wet bar and outside dining area. The pool can be heated upon request. Instant Beach access is less than 100 yards from the home and you'll be provided nice personal Beach chairs, Seasonal Beach Chair setup (Mar 1-Nov 1), a beach wagon and more fun items for the sand. You'll find pool floats and water toys for the kids and adults alike. Private and covered parking is available for 11 full size vehicles.
 
You're just a few steps to access the #1 rated beach in the USA and just a block over from the quirky and fun bohemian restaurants, bars and shops in Grayton including the world famous Red Bar, AJ's Oyster House and Grayton Brew Pubs. Come in from the beach and take a dip in the private pool, then walk across the street to Chiringos for dinner or Red Bar for a night cap. This home is perfect for a large family gatherings, weddings and more!
