Description

MAUI HILL RESORT is an upscale, low rise, luxury resort in very close proximity to world class Golf, the Wailea Resort area, and the elegant Shops of Wailea.
 
Residents include both private owners as well as some time-share owners.
 
Please note that the video that is posted is during dry season and also prior to the renovation...however, I am keeping it on the site for now so that you can get an overview of the Maui Hill resort and nearby beaches. ( Will be updating soon:)..)
 
The tropical grounds include private BBQ areas, a large solar heated POOL, JACUZZI, TENNIS courts, SHUFFLE BOARD courts, and a PUTTING GREEN. Equipment is available at the front desk.
 
YOUR tropical Villa SLEEPS 4, has AIR CONDITIONING and is located in a QUIET section of the property with an elegant and spacious floor plan (over 1050 square feet of living area).
 
It is ground level...all buildings within Maui Hill are only 2 or 3 stories

No need to go to the front desk. Just arrive, park, enter the door code, provided for you on the website and that’s it! 
 
THE VILLA LAYOUT:
From the paved path, 2 steps take you up to the D building.
 
When you enter the front door to this main floor condo you are in the dining room across from a full kitchen with a door to a back lanai with Mountain and Garden views.
 
Moving toward the ocean step down into the spacious living room with 4 french doors that open up onto a 22 ft.wide lanai with both ocean and mountain views. A Large sectional with a pull out queen size bed allows sleeping for your guests or child
 
~ The 2 bathrooms...(one ensuite and one in the hall) both have separate sink areas. The bedroom ensuite  bathroom has a walk-in shower and the hall bath in the front area of the condo has a tub/shower combination. 
 
LIVING ROOM is very spacious with 4 french doors going opening up  onto the
 
21 ft. Lanai, a large comfortable sectional sofa, a large coffee table w/ 2 occasional chairs, flat screen TV and storage. The sofa opens up to a queen size bed.
 
DINING ROOM /KITCHEN have tile flooring, beautiful and comfortable indoor dining set. There is also lanai dining set so you can dine indoors or out!
 
The kitchen is fully furnished with full size appliances...fridge , stove/oven, sink, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, wet-bar, small appliances, serving dishes, and full sets of dinnerware,placemats and cloth napkins
 
ENSUITE BEDROOM:
Comfortable king size bed, with 2 nightstands,
 
full dresser and mirror, closet, sitting chair, top quality cotton sheets and pillows, custom bedding, flat screen TV, sliding glass door to bedroom patio and ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower. Additionally there is a pull out  queen size sofa bed is in the living room
 
2 BATHROOMS:
One is in the hall and the other is ensuite in the bedroom. Both have separate sink areas. The hall bathroom has a tub and shower and the other has a walk in shower. I have also provided..1.5 oz. size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion , and bath soap and facial bar in each bathroom by Pharnacopia Organics ...and of course thick plush towels, and hairdryers 
 
Air Conditioning, carpet in the  living room and bedroom, tile flooring in the kitchen/dining  area and bathrooms, custom art & photography, a full kitchen, and in unit washer/dryer.
 
2 flat screen TV's, a king size bed in the bedroom w/ensuite bathroom, a queen size sofa bed in living room, and features 2 Lanai's (Patios) with both ocean and mountain/volcano views.Both of the lanai's are covered and furnished.
 
Enjoy fresh Orchids throughout the villa, some original art and photography by my partner Steve and I  as well as beautiful palms and flowers on the Lanai
 
On Monday evenings at the pool, Dennis Costa, who is the fantastic property manager and has been for decades, holds a gathering... free Mai Tais and Sunsets

Cotton linens, plush towels, fresh pillows and bath amenities are just waiting for  your arrival
 
Time and Money.... 
NO need to waste time and money on things you usually have at home... they’re all provided
 
A new washing machine and dryer are near the kitchen and  laundry soap is provided for your convenience.

Beach Stuff!
On the kitchen patio there is a deck box and in it you’ll find loads of Beach gear!⛱
 
A beach Umbrella, Beach chairs, Snorkel Gear, Boogie boards and Sand Toys which are great for adults too. Perhaps it's a chance to leave business behind and build a sandcastle to help you reset your relaxation mode!
 
There’s also an assortment of sunblock from previous guests... and you are welcome to leave yours if you don’t want to take it back home
 
In the en-suite bathroom you’ll find beach and pool towels
 
The Beach 
It’s a short walk across the street to world reknown Keawakapu Beach. This 1 mile long beach has been rated #1 beach for years by Conde Naste Travel Magazine.You can also drive there in a matter of minutes where there is free and easy parking
 
BEACH FUN:
2 Bodyboards, A beach umbrellas, 2 beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, pool noodles, kids sand toys and a small beach cooler.
 
Within a short walk (about 5 minutes) is Keawakapu Beach which also has dining on the beach, Kamaole 3 beach and the Kihei Boat Launch where you can take a whale watch, sailing and snorkel trip,and kayak excursions
 
THE GROUNDS 
At Maui Hill Resort you'll find tropical flowers and plants including bougainvillea , hibiscus, plumeria and banana trees.
 
An easy walk along paved paths leads you to the large solar heated swimming pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffle board courts, and the putting green.

Are you ready for a helicopter ride over the hidden beautiful places on Maui, A guided trip to magical waterfalls or a  morning of golf and  an afternoon at Spa Grande?

Among the many private grilling areas scattered throughout the grounds,my favorite is just a few steps away from the front door because you can see the sunset or catch a rainbow while grilling.
 
OCEANFRONT DINING:
Along with ocean sport rentals and great snorkeling, Keawakapu Beach has ocean front dining options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour. There are just a few restaurants that are actually ON the beach in Kihei/Wailea  and 2 of the best are right here!

SHOPPING:
The condominium is also convenient and close to gift shops, large grocery stores and Hawaiian Moons health food store,
 
casual dining, and the Shops at Wailea
 
MORE BEACHES!:
A short drive and you can explore Ulua beach, Polo beach or the more remote Secret Beach and Makena Beach as well as stunning La Peruse to see the beauty of the  last volcanic lava flow on Maui.

After spending 27 years and raising 3 children on this beautiful island I decided to return to the mainland and currently reside in Kirkland, WA
With my extensive knowledge of the island and having been a local for 27 years, I can be a great resource to you for information and connections.
I love to help my guests and welcome any and all questions you may have about the condo or the area. I'll gladly offer recommendations for activities, restaurants, upcoming events, places to go and things to do...however, I suggest leaving plenty of time to relax, slow down and absorb the feeling of Aloha that is Maui.

Maui is truly the home of my heart, having lived in Kihei for most of my adult life and raising my 3 children here...so I was elated when this property became available. Maui Hill is immaculately maintained, near the best beaches in the world, as well as world class hotels and shopping in Wailea. I have just completed (July2019) a ceiling to floor beautiful renovation. New fooring, no more popcorn ceiling (yay) new paint, upholstery, furniture, lighting, custom tile and plumbing, fixtures, washer/dryer, new kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, rugs, baseboard, dishes, towels, art, accessories and more. It really is spectacular and truly feels like my home and style that I am pleased to share with my guests. I plan to hold onto this property, and
and keep it in my family, that is growing...I just became a new gramdma ( or Tutu) as we say in Hawaii. It is a joy to share my Maui home and make it available to people around the globe to enjoy and share with their Ohana (family and friends).
What makes this Condo unique
The spectacular ocean and mountain views allow for amazing sunrises and sunsets viewed from the large lanai. There is also a smaller lanai off the kitchen and bedroom with a beautiful mountain view. The low lying buildings and quiet surroundings make Maui Hill a great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. In addition to the numerous amenities that the Maui Hill property offers, including the large pool, hot tub and tennis courts, the condominium has great proximity to beaches, stores, and restaurants. The grounds are abundant with tropical foliage and great views being that they are located high up on a hill. The spacious quality of the condominium, the natural light as well as several doors and outdoor areas were an immediate attraction to me as a homeowner in Maui.

Beautifully Furnished - Renovated Condo


We so enjoyed our stay in this fantastic condo in south Kihei! We had everything we needed and more for a very comfortable, relaxing stay. We slept really well on the comfy king bed and enjoyed the private, quiet lanai with beautiful ocean and mountain views. The south Kihei location was perfect for day trips down to the Makena / Wailea area for snorkeling and beach time. Although our stay here was short, we really made the most of it! Bonnie is a super host and was just a text away to answer our questions. We’d love to come back and stay longer next time. Mahalo, Bonnie for everything!
