This is an end unit featuring solid granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms and high end fixtures and appliances. Italian tile floors, excellent lighting and plantation shutters are throughout. This unit has gas forced air heat and central A/C. The great room features an open floor plan, leather furniture and a flat screen television. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, built-in cabinets and an attached master bath including double sinks, and tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. This unit also has a private den with a desk as well as an attached garage and large west facing porch with easy access from both the great room and the master bedroom.
 
Altamira is a quiet private community with wide sidewalks, easy access to gorgeous beaches and lagoons as well as fun shopping and delicious restaurants. The ocean views, beautiful sunsets, sweet hummingbirds, lovely landscaping and fresh sea air make for a delightful atmosphere to relax and enjoy the best of life. 
 
June, July, August, September and Holidays: $5000 per month, October - May: $4,000 per month. (Gas & Electric is covered up to $75, a bill will be provided for your record).
 
Please know, not all months are 30 days, please check on the month you are inquiring as rates apply to the months. Rates are per month, per HOA, minimum of one month visit. 
 
$250.00 Move out Cleaning Fee plus $85 Monthly Cleaning Fee. $25 processing fee. Optional Damage Insurance of $79 in lieu of security deposit of $3,000.00. Please note, if obtaining damage insurance, we'll need to collect an additional $500 key (refundable) deposit. This covers any missing house, common area, mailbox keys or garage door opener. We also offer Travelers Protection Plan, please inquire. Minimum stay 31 nights.
