CLEANING PROTOCOL
Here at Naples Florida Vacation Homes, we not only professionally manage our vacation rentals, we professionally clean them too! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we’ve upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we’re doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here’s what other measures we’re taking:
 
- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rentals, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
 
- We’re providing extra cleaning supplies in the rentals if you want to do some extra cleaning upon your arrival. Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
 
- All of our sheets and towels are laundered off-site in our own commercial laundry facility which we control. We’re using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
 
- Just to be overly cautious, our team has been instructed to limit in-person contact with all guests. We’ve switched to video chats and phone calls.

Enjoy a prime location, minutes from the famous Vanderbilt Beach, and close proximity to Mercato with its world-famous dining and shopping. Charter a fishing boat or head to Marco Island for a day filled with history and adventure. Over 100 golf courses nearby and a short drive to downtown Naples and 5th Ave S, Naples Zoo, Waterside Shops, and Luxury Shopping. Why visit Naples? While there are many top-notch destinations for travelers visiting the state of Florida, Naples deserves a lot of attention. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida, Naples is well known for its beautiful beaches, variety of golf courses, and high-end shopping. And of course, you never have to worry about cold weather (even in January) when visiting Naples.
 
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This open concept home with vaulted ceilings gives you and your guests plenty of space with two couches in the living area complete with a flat-screen TV, which is visible from the kitchen and bar area. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, a new double door fridge, and a dining table that seats 6. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find the first bedroom that features a queen-size bed, TV, and large closet. Across the way is the second bedroom that also has all of the same amenities but is connected to a full bath. Next, the master bedroom is a very large room with a bed fit for a king. The double vanity has plenty of lighting and separates a large walk-in closet, and a full bath. The full-size patio doors in the living room lead to the enclosed pool area with a grill and outside dining table, as well as a few lounge chairs. This home also includes a garage and beach accessories.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check out time is 10:00 AM.
 
- Easy check-in & check out process. Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome gift basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started.  Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Several copies of our vacation guide are provided to give you ideas on places you can enjoy visiting while in Naples. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, lip balm, note pads, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.  
 
Toiletries
In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included.
 
Cleaning Supplies
Also, while there is generally a broom, dustpan, and vacuum available at each vacation rental, we do not provide cleaning supplies and cleaning tools at our vacation rentals. Your vacation rental will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Mid-stay cleans can be arranged through our office for an additional charge.
 
Bed Linens
A set of sheets, pillows, and a bedspread is provided for each and every bed in your vacation rental. When you arrive, the bed will be nicely made up of commercially laundered linens. We do not provide a second set of sheets or extra blankets. Most properties come with two pillows per person per bed (variances do occur from time to time and are not guaranteed). The blankets on the beds provide adequate warmth for most visitors on the vast majority of days in Naples. On occasion, you may also find additional blankets folded on the shelves in the closets. Guests are encouraged to make use of blankets already in the property or purchase or bring their own extra blankets to suit their own comfort.  
 
Towels
One bath towel, one beach/pool towel, and one washcloth are provided for each guest in accordance with the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental unit. One bath mat and one hand towel are provided per bathroom. For the kitchen, two kitchen towels, washcloths, and oven mitts are provided in each rental.  
 
Sleeper Sofa Linens
If you are renting a property that has a full or queen-sized sleeper sofa, we will provide a sleeper sofa pack that includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a quilted blanket. The beds have plenty of pillows so please grab a pillow from a nearby bedroom for use on the sleeper sofa.
 
Change of Linens
Every vacation rental comes with a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to launder linens themselves in the unit.  Additional linens or a change of linens are available by request and at an additional charge.  
 
Kitchen Gear
Our kitchens are equipped with a variety of items generally used for simple everyday light meal preparation. Small appliances will always include a coffee maker and a toaster. Some of our owners provide additional small appliances like an electric kettle for boiling water and a blender. If there is something additional you would like to have please purchase it yourself. If you don’t want to take it home with you, leave a note on it and our team will gladly donate it to a resale shop that supports a local charity.

Terms & Conditions

When you book your reservation all calendars across numerous vacation rental websites will show the property booked and unavailable. At that point, prospective guests are no longer able to inquire about or book reservations for those same dates. Also, because our vacation rentals offer a terrific value in comparison to alternative hotel accommodations in our market, we thank you for your understanding of our strict no cancellation policy. Regardless of circumstance (i.e.: inclement weather both at home or here in Naples, epidemic, illness, death or for any other reason), MANAGER has a strict NO REFUND upon cancellation policy.
 
To avoid the worries of cancellation, or trip interruption, for added protection and peace of mind, GUEST may purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance through us at the time of reservation at its own expense (7.65% of total amount of reservation or may be increased to insure additional travel related expenses). Insurance is provided by CSA, a trusted and respected name in the travel industry. Due to licensing, Trip Cancellation & Interruption insurance is available only to citizens and residents of the USA and must be booked at the time of booking. Though there is an additional cost, travel insurance is a great way to protect your vacation investment. Guests may also increase their coverage and insure other travel related expenses as well. Additional insurance is available at a rate of 7.65% of the total charges or amount of coverage elected by the guest.
Guests who waive the Trip Cancellation Insurance accept MANAGER’s No Refund upon cancellation policy, regardless of circumstance (i.e.: inclement weather either at home or at destination, epidemic, illness, death or for any other reason).

A very nice, spacious house


A very nice, spacious house, well kept up and clean in a nice area and neighborhood. Good shopping and restaurants nearby and of course, the beach. Nice kitchen and new appliances made our stay comfortable.

Great Stay!


We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The property was clean with plenty of space for the whole family. The pool area was wonderful and gave us a great place to gather outdoors while the kids swam. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. We spent a lot of time at the beach which is a quick drive from the home or walkable if you aren’t carrying a lot of gear. Beach access was easy and right next to the state park. HomeAway/Tuscan Rentals were easy to work with and provided information about the area. Great vacation! Great house - would highly recommend.

Big house with a nice pool. We love the place with a lot a places near the house (Wal-Mart, Beach, Restaurants and Downtown). The only thing the beds are too noisy.

We totally LOVED the house and had a wonderful time! We did call to let your staff know that someone before us had left broken glass on the pool deck and in the pool. our teenagers dove and picked up all they could pick up and I left the pieces on the grill table so that you could see. there was also a pink balloon that got caught in the filtration system but my call to your office brought out the pool guys and they took care of the pool. we\'d come back and rent the same place all over again. We hated that the red tide was in full effect, but we just loved it. we weren\'t complaining about the glass as much as wanting you to know that someone abused the place and obviously broke some bottles there. thank you!

Nice Layout, Excellent Service, Very Clean!


We stayed here for our recent business trip to Naples. The home was very spacious, and had a nice open layout. The bedrooms were all nicely separated, and gave nice privacy. That was perfect for a few business partners, or maybe families would enjoy that. Staff was great. Getting into the property was a breeze, even let me come in 2 hours early for free as our flight was early arrival. Ceiling to floor was spotless and clean. Couldn\'t have asked for a better pool area. After a long business meeting, relaxing in the pool at night was splendid. We would recommend this to others and will look to stay here again next visit to Naples.
