The Beach Palace has just been completely updated with a new private heated pool, new private wet bar, new private built in gas grill and new private full outdoor kitchen with granite counter tops and a wine fridge for your enjoyment.
 
Experience 3 ceramic tiled balconies with views of both the Gulf of Mexico, the Intra-Coastal Waterway, Florida's Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay and the Bradenton Beach Marina. What you will appreciate most about the Beach Palace is its location. We have the best location on the entire island. Where the Beach Palace is located the island is only 150 yards wide. The Beach Palace is located directly in the middle of the island. The Gulf of Mexico is 75 yards to the west and Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway is 75 yards to the east.
 
The indoor kitchen of the Beach Palace has just been completely upgraded with over $500.00 in new kitchenware.
 
For your vacation pleasure The Beach Palace provides you with granite counter tops, ceramic floors, marble floors, hardwood bamboo floors, antique brushed facets and form sunken sinks, recessed lighting on dimmer switches, flat screen televisions, HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET, HD television with over 200 channels, unlimited long distance calling, full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, king beds, queen beds, twin beds and all amenities. There is also free trolley service on the island and the trolley stops right in-front of The Beach Palace as well. You could park your car for your entire vacation if you wanted. The Beach Palace is located with-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants including the Beach House Restaurant where you can walk over for dinner and listen to island favorite Chuck Caudill perform live, singing, playing the guitar and keyboard. You can also walk to many of other Anna Maria Island's best restaurants including The Sun House Restaurant, The Beach Cafe, Oma's Pizza, Banana Cabanas (where Denzel Washington eats when he is on the island) and The Bridge Tender Inn. If the governor of Florida issues a Florida travel ban you will receive a refund. Additionally, every reservation is offered two different trip insurance policies. One:) cancel for thirty different reasons and receive a full refund (cost 7% of the gross rental amount). Two:) cancel for any reason, no questions asked and receive a 60% refund (cost 9.8% of the gross booking amount).

30 years of great friendship, food and fun Tusculum baseball


We had an amazing time meeting up with former college teammates and friends. The accommodations were perfect. The house has everything needed for a fun, relaxing trip to the island. The location was also perfect. Hope to be back soon!

Overall great accommodations and location. Would absolutely stay again. Some small personal suggestions : need more surfaces to place items on (bags, suitcase, personal items) perhaps folding TV trays or the like could be stored in closets and used wherever needed throughout condo). main floor bathroom window needs some kind of covering (the house next door had a window with blinds opened that had direct view into shower), both 3rd floor beds were quite noisy and not greatly comfortable. The pool was great temperature and kids loved it however pool light, while it worked fine, was very very loose. But overall it was GREAT. Location is best I have seen on the island.

Great proximity to the beach. Very spacious. The master bedroom mattress is very loud, however, the master suite is an oasis on it\'s own, just toss gingerly through the night. Great beach chairs and plenty of toys for children. The pool has a heater, however, it might not be functioning properly. The water was not 85 degrees. Follow the television directions and you\'ll be set. We had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Location!!


This house was very spacious, well appointed, and very conveniently located! We never had to move our car once we arrived! Our daughter got married at The Beach House while we were there and this was the perfect location to be close to the festivities!
