This studio Unit was just totally renovated in June 2018, with 1 queen Bed, pull out queen size sleeper sofa, step in kitchen, bathroom, large closet and wall mounted flat screen TV. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee pot, silverware, pots & pans, dishes & glasses. 2 burner cook top, microwave oven & toaster oven. Enough towels & wash clothes for a week stay. Extra pillows & sheets. 2 patio chairs & 1 small table so you can sit out side the door when its nice.  Once you get your groceries you don't have to leave property unless you want to because everything is within walking distance.

We have been coming to Daytona Beach since the late 70's. We purchased our first unit at Ocean Jewels in 1997. Our plan is to retire to the area sometime in the future. Many vacations have been spent here and we continue to return after all these years.

The property is located in a great location, within walking distance to most everything including the Famous Boardwalk, pier, Daytona Lagoon, movie theaters, arcade, shopping and much more. Ocean Jewels has 2 pools on site, beautiful grounds and outside picnic tables and grills.

Heated pool in winter within a few steps of unit.
Ground level, with parking right outside your door. Room has big windows with water view/beach view.

100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Note-

The owner Ruth was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for just under a month and Ruth made sure everything was perfect! You are just a few steps from the beach and the views are spectacular!
