This full furnished home sleeps up to 15 people and features high end appliances, granite countertops, and televisions in every bedroom. After a day at the beach, you can relax in the private backyard pool. This location is also just a bike ride away from Carrabba's restaurant and putt putt golf. The Master bedroom is on the main with a king bed and private bath. The 2nd level, features 2 queen bedrooms, with the third bedroom containing a bunk bed with a twin and double bed. The 3rd level is a loft with 4 twin beds with plenty of space, and could be a great hideout for kids! This great location offers an open floor plan from the family room to the kitchen with a huge dining table for everyone to sit around! The kitchen has granite counter tops, an oversized freezer and refrigerator, plenty of counter space, and a cute little nook for reading or relaxing. The family room has a spacious couch and vaulted ceilings. There is a deck just off of the family room which overlooks the pool area. This unbelievable location is literally across from Hilton Head Island’s pristine sandy beach. It is the perfect location for a family vacation, group golf outing, or weekend getaway. Hilton head is a top ten family vacation location, and is home to over 250 restaurant locations, 24 championship golf courses, and numerous outdoor activities such as kayaking, boating, fishing, tennis, and 50 miles of bike riding paths.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location


This house is amazing!!! It is a beautiful home, in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions! It is in a quiet community with easy access to a private beach. The owners were wonderful to work with, very prompt in responding to my questions. The even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to tell us about the leaves for the table. We put in the leaves for our Thanksgiving dinner so there was plenty of room for our family of 12 at the huge table. This house is very spacious and plenty of room for everyone! The beach towels and beach chairs were an added bonus!

Family Together in Covid-19 Times


Our family had been planning a getaway for some time. With Covid, everything seemed as if it would never happen. Being able to find this property, which was perfect for our, family, was awesome!! We all enjoyed the amenities which were available. We really wanted to use the pool, but forgot to request it be heated & cleaned for our stay. Luckily, the beach is so close that it really didn\'t matter. It is a beautiful home and we look forward to staying again soon.

Beautiful, modern house close to beach


House is beautiful, new and modern. Kitchen is great and well equipped. Master on first floor is great. Very short walk to beach. I would definitely stay there again! Only possible downsides are there were a lot of mosquitoes in the back yard, which made the pool hard to use. Also, house is across the street from public beach access so the beach was pretty crowded. Didn’t bother us much.
