Description

Sunset Studio is located on the western edge of Sugar Cane Beach looking out across Mangrove Bay towards the west.  It is 10 minutes from Dockyard and 15 minutes from the main beaches.
 
It is a single room studio unit with a loft space for sleeping, modelled on the tiny house concept.  There is a full king sized bed in the loft area, together with small built in closets either side of the bed.  The living area comprises a corner sofa unit that converts to 2 single beds.  The kitchenette is a very compact “galley” style kitchen that has a full stove, under counter fridge/freezer, toaster & electric kettle.  Flat screen TV in lounge and loft area with fire tv and firestick, internet access, air-conditioning throughout.The bathroom has a large shower.
 
The unit has direct access to our beach and there are also stairs leading to the waters of Mangrove Bay on the northern boundary.  The patio area overlooks Mangrove Bay on the Northern side of the unit.  On the Southern side will be a sheltered garden with a bar-b-que area (once the landscaping is finished).
 
The exterior of the unit is designed to resemble the wooden cottages built in Somerset in the late 19th – early 20th Centuries, by West Indian workers who were brought to the Island to work at Dockyard. Please note the loft area will be accessed by a compact staircase and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Please note whilst we only recommend 2 guests as it is a loft unit, children are welcome and there is an ikea vallunta sofa that converts to 2 single beds or one king size bed.  However there is an additional guest fee for any person over the age of 7 years of $50

Relaxing Is an understatement


Wanted a change of scenery over the Christmas break and also wanted the freedom to bbq and have some privacy. The whole experience was incredible and I cant wait to go back. Even the coolish windy rainy day we had was stunning. Watching and hearing the waves so close to the cottage. It well exceeded my expectations.

A must stay if you are interested in romance and privacy right on the Crystal clear waters of Bermu.


Awesome location right on the water with access to an underwater adventure just steps away from the front door. A well equipped Cottage just right for my needs. I do all the cooking and the side-by-side mini fridge was just enough room for my foods and And libations. Good counter space for prepping Foods and cocktails. Water pressure good in the shower and bathroom sink. Nice couch in common area with TV. Spiral staircase to access upstairs bed is a little precarious but with time and practice was managed just fine. Bed upstairs was very squeaky and mattress was thin. Nice TV view from the bed

Exquisite location


The property was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the privacy, glass bottom kayak, and snorkeling in our own private pool just off the steps! Bring water shoes!! Christine was helpful when we were considering what to do with Teddys approach. We ended up weathering the storm there with no issues!

Your island getaway


Sunset Studio is amazing! Everything you need for an exclusive island get away. Yard, beach, kitchen, bath are all top notch. Comfy bed(start up the stairs with your right foot, start down with your left) Never turned on the TVs(umm..why would you?)If you\'re self-sufficient you will manage, if not, wing it. You are on vacation! Christine was very responsive to our needs and helped us out whenever we asked.

Paradise!


This property is exactly as listed and has even had some upgrades from the last review we saw. Absolutely stunning! Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Wifi works great we ran our office from the property and had no issues. Tv has many options for shows/movies. There is a blow dryer and lots of outdoor seating. We saw turtles every single day! Very private location! We had our own beach! Our Host came right over as soon as I txted with any questions and is very respected on the island. We will be back for sure!
