Description

This is a 3 story, 4 balcony, 3 bedroom + den, 3 bathroom, condo / townhouse. It is located in a 24 acre resort / condo complex in Key Largo. It is surrounded on 3 sides by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. We are 1 mile from the major highway, so it is very quiet here. There are 3 pools, 3 beaches, a 4.5 acre tropical lagoon with fish you can swim with and hand feed. We have a Jetty that extends 1,000 feet into the Atlantic Ocean that you may fish from or see a beautiful sunsets. There are 2 tennis courts, a large playground many chickee huts, nature trails, bike paths, etc... You may borrow my bikes, golf cart, fishing and tennis equipment, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, snorkeling gear, etc... at no charge. There is a marina on site here and I provide free parking next to your condo.

Great stay with great views


The place was much bigger with 3 floors and plenty of room. They have an amazing sunrise view on a jetty, great beach front seating and all the water toys. Had I realized the full marina and boat parking I may have brought mine but I will next time. Norman was great and we needed nothing extra. Only surprise was the 2 car limit but we used street parking down the road for the extra cars overnight. The gate security people had some issues with us bringing the extra cars in for pickup and drop off and didn't believe we were moving them out but we did. But that's not the owner's fault, poor planning on my part. We had a great time and we'll be back.

Above & beyond


The location was absolutely perfect! Plenty to do right there if you want to stay in & the beach at the state park is only 5 minutes away. Norm goes above & beyond providing everything you may want or need to enjoy your stay. Fishing poles, tennis rackets, golf cart, life jackets, kayaks, paddle boards & more all for renters use! We absolutely loved our stay!
