An elegant entryway leads to the large living room with gorgeous natural light from three large windows. Eye-catching artwork and unique design pieces complement the modern, yet comfortable seating area. The centerpiece of the room is a grand dining table that seats up to 10 people. A set of steps leads down to the beautifully designed kitchen that gourmands will love.
 
This spacious home is situated on three levels. From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper level to bedroom 1, with its big windows, large bed and walk-in closet. The upper level also features bathroom 1, a studio office with desk and seating area, as well as a separate TV room, with an opening overlooking the living room below. On the lower level, you’ll find bathroom 2, as well as bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. One bedroom has a large bed and the other has two beds and a walk-in closet. Every space in the Savigny has been carefully curated with a delightful blend of contemporary design, welcoming colors and comfort.
 
Step outside to discover a fabulous location in the coveted 7th arrondissement near the historic cafés of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and outstanding shopping in the iconic Bon Marché department store – the oldest in Paris – and La Grande Epicerie gourmet food store. Walk to the Musée d’Orsay and to the Seine River to cross over to visit the Louvre or the islands and the Notre-Dame Cathedral. The location couldn’t be better for sightseeing, shopping and dining out in a wonderful selection of restaurants and cafés.

Perfect Stay!


We recently returned from two weeks in Paris. We wish we were still there. The apartment was exceptional. We were a party of five and we were celebrating a special wedding anniversary for family members who had never been to Paris. The Savigny was well located to explore the sights, close to the museums, shopping and dining. It was extremely comfortable and we felt like it was our home. The area is safe and there were so many great places to explore. It was a great refuge at the end of the day after long walks and adventures. The people at Paris Perfect were easy to reach and of great service. We highly recommend the car service to and from the airports too. Our stay in Paris was perfect!

The apartment was amazing - very spacious and clean and the location simply cannot be beat! I loved the modern kitchen and the appliances were all very easy to use and made cooking the odd dinner in so much fun! My kids loved having space to lounge around, play chess on the chess table and retreat to their own rooms when the jet lag became too much! I will definitely stay here again!
