PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA guests are lavished in luxury and the refined service of our full-time staff and enjoy stunning ocean views from nearly every room, including places unimaginable until now like showers, sinks and even while sitting on the loo! 
 
The PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA gated complex is dripping with imagination and hi-tech equipment inside and out, delivering an overall group family vacation experience that is out of this world. The ocean-view great room not only features an expansive theater screen that magically lowers over the living room windows, our ever popular gather-around Hibachi griddle dining experience and hilarious Shadow Theater to dance and sing-in but Private Paradise also showcases the Penthouse Plummet, a 250 feet long waterslide - with Rock & Roll sound and light-show - that travels THROUGH THE HOUSE! 
 
Riders board the PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA body slide on the roof of the Sunrise tower building at the Top-Of-The-World Sports Lounge and drop more than 40 feet! Several twists and turns later they fly through the game room, the staff kitchen and finally over everyone’s head at the Flyin-Mayan swim-up bar in a lighted see-through tube.

Excursions and Tours
 
Up to 13 cruise ships per day come to Cozumel because there is so much to see and do here. Before you even arrive, your PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA butler will help you pick, plan and book scuba diving, fishing and other tours from nearly 100 choices and can even custom make group tours to personally take you and your group around the entire island.
 
Best Beach 
 
Cozumel has many clubs where sun lovers can enjoy a lounge chair in the sand while barefoot waiters and waitresses shuttle food and beverages until their hearts and bellies are content. The finest beach club on the island by far, with the most upscale furnishings and finishes is Paradise Beach Club. It also boasts inflatable watersports slides and trampolines along the shore, banana boat rides, parasail, jet skis rentals, snorkel tours and more. The best part about this club verses others is that no one is permitted to disturb guest’s relaxation to sell them hair braids or anything else. 
 
Our privileged PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA guests get into Paradise Beach Club for free and food and drink prices are essentially the same as if they stayed home at villa. Paradise Beach Club is located just a 10-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk down a lovely and safe shaded road and we provide free use of bicycles and 11 passenger bicycle surrey cart to get there. Taxi cab transfers are also readily available
 
World Class Private Chefs & The Finest Restaurants
 
No one likes to go to the same restaurant or have the same chef cook for them every night so we engaged the four best personal chefs on the island to come and cook for our PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA guests every other night and we have hard to come by standing reservations at the three finest 5 star restaurants on the island so our privileged guests can experience those and being out on the town every other night.
 

Food and Beverage Plan- Our PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA local catering partner charges a onetime fee of $750 per person per week ($108 per person per day for prorated stays plus tax and the typical 15-20% gratuity is recommended) which includes all food beverages at the PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA, bar staff and restocking charge for John Giovanni’s private bars, made to order hot breakfast served daily, appetizers served daily including fresh lobster, caviar and shrimp. Private chef prepared dinners every other night also including lobster and shrimp! Children under 4 are free, ages 5-12 = $30 per day, ages 12-18 = $60 per day.

PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA guests only pay extra for dining out meals on three alternate nights, Private Paradise Villa maintains hard-to-come-by reservations at the finest restaurants on the island so our privileged guests can experience those and being out on the town every other evening. Also included in the food and beverage plan is a mini refrigerator in each room that has stocked a selection of beer and soft drinks, candy and snacks.

PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA’s long time, standing reservations with outside chefs and restaurants are difficult to change for our large groups unless they are made more than a month in advance but our local catering partner will make every effort to accommodate advance requests. Chef and restaurant reservations changed or cancelled within 5 days may be subject to a $10 per person cancellation fee.
 
Weekly Dinner Schedule for Each Night 
 
Changes can be requested up to a week in advance so please review the PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA menu items on the Meals & FAQ tab as soon as possible.  The selections below are the best dishes that each of the chefs are famous for. We vetted them and selected the menu order and rotation to give our guests the perfect palette variety all week long from seven different culinary artist.

Monday Night – Mexican Fusion with Private Chef Daniel
Daniel and his Grupo Marea restaurant group own not one, not two but FIVE top notch restaurants on the island. We simply had to have some of his mouth-watering original sourced menu inspired on fresh interpretations of local classics.

Tuesday Night (Lobster Night) - Dine Out at Casa Mission
This Authentic Mexican restaurant is not on the tourist strip. It is a hidden gem where rulers and aristocrats have lived and the island’s affluent take their families to celebrate special occasions in grand style.
The grilled Lobster is amazing and if you like huge crabs, ask your butler to call ahead and reserve at least a few of these entries as an appetizer for everyone to try because they’re not always available. It actually depends on how many they catch that day and one crab hangs off all sides of the plate! We also recommend Caesar Salad, Flaming Bananas Foster and Flaming Sexy Coffee all made tableside before your eyes!

Wednesday Night – Italian Night with Private Chef Fernando
Chef Fernando has his very own restaurant in town. He studied at Les Toque Blanches and in his many years of experience as a professional chef, he has mastered a variety of cuisines, techniques and styles. Everything is made from raw materials including his tomatoes sauce and pasta that he rolls out right before your eyes at the villa.

Thursday Night– Dine out at Buccanos At Night Restaurant
Buccanos is at the top of the gourmet, fine dining restaurants in the entire Caribbean! It’s a multi-ethnic, multi-sensory dining experience highlighted by local seafood, premium quality ingredients that change with the season, craft cocktails and a top shelf wine list. The Oceanview dining terrace boasts a panoramic view of the mainland skyline, enhanced by torches and candlelight.

Friday Night - Mexican Fiesta Night with Chef Reina
Chef Reina has been designer John Giovanni’s personal chef for over 10 years. She also prepares most of the breakfasts, lunches and pool side treats for our guests.

Saturday Night - Chef Anthony Pesto Seafood (or Chicken Mole with advance notice)
Chef Anthony is a master of culinary arts and frequently makes specialty meals for elite and notable groups from the Riviera Maya all the way to Tulum! He describes his passion, “I have always believed that the kitchen is like a blank canvas, my hands are the brushes and the colors are all of the materials that I work with, like fresh seafood, vegetables, spices, wines, etc. The best part is not when the dish is finished, the satisfying part is seeing the happy faces of my clients who at that very moment are part of my family”.

Sunday Night - Dine out at Sorrisi Italian Restaurant
This amazing fine dining restaurant could easily be on Rodeo Drive in Hollywood. The ritzy interior fit-out is stunning, the fine wine list extensive and the food is right out of Italy. John Giovanni has been dining here for over 10 years. The owner, Francisco will great you most evenings as he sees to it himself that every meal and every cocktail for our Private Paradise guests comes out just to your liking.

Slopes to Sands Dream Vacation Homes are owned by the Cacciutti family, close friends and relatives. Each masterpiece is the work of former automotive designer John Giovanni Cacciutti who now makes a hobby out of constructing luxurious and entertaining Estates, Villas, and Chateaus for the sole purpose of spending quality time with family and friends. Maximizing fun for all ages is his passion and it is obvious in the wildly creative and entertaining design elements in these properties. However, these creations are only rented a limited number of times each year to families who understand that these are not hotels and respect them as very exquisite homes. Occupancy is by invitation - after a short screening process - and the Cacciutti family kindly requests that invited guests report irregularities upon check-in and take care to leave these homes the way they were on arrival. John Giovanni Cacciutti believes that vacation home designing is an art extending way beyond material selection and the greatest reward is the group vacation fun that he designs-IN! Private Paradise has multiple ocean-front master suites with magnificent bathrooms with lighted etched glass works of art but it is also an entertainment complex in itself, purposely designed for family and group reunions of all ages and in all seasons! Before drafting the house, we blueprinted the fun for every activity and part of our think-tank process was considering where adults and children of each age group would congregate together and on their own. For instance, each suite has a private balcony and there are three Bali-day beds on the property with TV and fans and charging ports where couples can escape to for some personal time.

Our customers have come to expect not only the best houses from us but also the best locations with the most things to see and do and the best views from every room in the house. This island has it all because there is a populated side with beach clubs, stores, night clubs and over 300 restaurants and an unpopulated side that has miles and miles of unspoiled beaches dotted with a few grass shacks selling fresh seafood meals and drinks in carved out coconuts. It's the best of both worlds because you can get away from it all when you want to and are just minutes away from shopping, nightlife and fantastic dining options. Up to 35 cruise ships stop here per week because there are so many things to see and do while being surrounded by breathtaking blue water.

What makes this Villa unique

ACCOMMODATIONS Private Paradise sleeps up to 20 guests in seven king size ocean view master bedrooms. Including a grand family castle suite (former gym and office) boasting three lockable connectable rooms, including one with a king size bed with partial ocean view, one with a king bed and garden view and Camp COZ which has a half-height, rounded entrance door for kids and looks like a super cool fort! This room sports bunk beds, and a short firemans pole from a futon covered loft and fort TV that plays sea-themed Disney Movies and cartoons continuously. Little boys and girls will love this storybook room but there are also pull down Murphy beds in two of the ocean front masters where children can sleep as well. WATCH FOOTBALL IN THE HEATED SWIM-UP BAR and on GIANT THEATER-UNDER THE STARS A 50 Smart home LED color monitor inside the swim-up bar tiki hut is connected to the internet and cable TV. It can be seen from anywhere in the pool and is ideal for watching and listening to music videos and sporting events. At night, the same content plus HD movies can be played on the giant 12 foot outdoor movie theater with surround sound and there are dance club lights for the pool deck also. SMORES FIRE-PIT- The next levels toward the ocean include a shallow lounging pool (that is great for kids) with lounge chairs and a children's playhouse. Nearby is a gas fire-pit with wrap around 'U' shaped seating, facing the deep blue sea, where families can sit around with a drink into the evening while they watch the sun fall into the Caribbean Sea. PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA - Tailgate games On another level you will find an outdoor games including giant chess set, Corn-hole bean bag toss and more. Another palapa, at the waters edge, is used for available massages and spa treatments. This is adjacent to the big seaside deck with lounge chairs and it has access to the ocean water for guests.
