Excellant location.


We had a great stay, excellent accommodation, worked so well for us, loved the house in a delightful, extremely quiet location. A great neighbourhood. We missed not having a TV in the lounge, there is a TV area but upstairs and a TV in Kitchen area but lounge more comfortable.

excellent system with a lovely house


had a fabulous time with my mother and sisters. It felt like home. All the amenities I could think of were there. The only thing was that the third bedroom was small and contained 2 twin beds which were too small for adults.

The property is perfect in a nice neighborhood. My only regret (my fault) was to underestimate the distance to reach LA interesting spots, like Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice, etc. But if you plan to go to Disney, Newport, Laguna, etc, its a perfect choice. Thank you Nuria for a pleasent stay.

We have been coming to Ca. for 20 years and this was the cleanest and nicest place we been to.Sorry we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner but there response by phone was immediate.We are in our late 80’s and if we are able to travel next year this is where we will stay.

Yes for us it was in a good location to family that live in mission Veijo and access to many routes we took. Was well equipped with items and in a very nice neighbourhood. A good location. Would recommend to family and friends.

Bright and welcoming


Our family enjoyed a Thanksgiving holiday get together in this lovely,convenient and amazingly well equipped home. Even the cake stand needed for the traditional 3 layer cake awaited! The backyard garden is a peaceful oasis.Parks and walking trails fill the neighborhood, groceries and restaurants are within easy walking distance and driving the area is simple. We will definitely return to this affordable gem on future visits to SoCal!

Perfect quiet place


We enjoyed in all way that super house. Located in a beautiful neighborhood in Orange County, the home in exactly as described, the backyard is beautiful, kitchen is fully equiped. Very cozy, this home is perfect for relaxing. Owners are easy to reach, that gives us a sense of security . Would definitively be back....

Great House


The home was nicely decorated and had almost everything you would need to live comfortably for an extended period of time away from your own home. We stayed for 2 and a half weeks with our 2 year old twins and had a great time. Like others have said, the home is only 25-30 minutes from a variety of beaches and there are too many parks to count in Mission Viejo, so there was lots to do. The price can\'t be beat for what you\'re getting. With kids, it was imperative to have the laundry available and there was more than enough in the kitchen to cook meals and I was even able to do some baking. There are stores and places to eat within walking distance as well. The owners were responsive when I asked for a mop as I need a clean home, and they had 2 delivered while we were there. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this home to others.

Wonderful experience


This house is absolutely lovely and in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The location couldn\'t be more convenient, perhaps 25 minutes to the beach and close to all amenities. The décor is lovely, all new appliances and great for cooking if you don\'t want to eat out all the time. For us, the back patio was the clincher....just lovely and relaxing. Fred was absolutely excellent to work with throughout; I am puzzled by the owner rating showing response within several days as he got back to us within a couple of hours and showed excellent communication throughout (and we were booking from an international location). I would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying here each time we are in Orange County!

This is a wonderful place to stay, so nice, so clean, so comfortable... perfect for my family of six. We had a great time!!! The house is beautiful, we felt right at home. It is spacious, all appliances are brand new and the entire house is nicely decorated. There was lots of space for eveybody to feel comfy. Nearby grocery and convenient stores are very helpful. It´s a quiet neighbourhood close to everyghing. Absolutely the best choice in the area, at the best price. We are looking forward to coming back again.
