Mesmerizing views, outstanding location, directly on the Atlantic Ocean, so close to the Ocean that you can practically fish from the patio. Speaking of the patio, it's over 40 feet long. You may just spend your whole vacation sitting on the patio watching the bay slowly change into 100 different shades of blue. We have a new 28 foot heated pool with a view you will not forget. We have re-done this million dollar house so all the bathrooms and bedrooms are new. You will love it! We have 5 Paddleboards, 3 single kayaks and a tandem kayak. We also have Beach Cruiser bikes and a game room with a ping pong table, Xbox, video games, and a piano. The list goes on an on... You will not be disappointed in this place! There are no houses in the lots right next to this house on either side facing the Ocean. So there is great privacy here. There are restaurants within walking distance and a very nice Kid's Park (just down the street). Please check out the pictures... (pool heat, if requested is $195 a week) I do Last Minute Deals! ...  I rent from Saturday to Saturday in weekly increments.

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

We own 2 Condos in the Marathon Area (Coco Plum) and have been managing them as a Vacation Rentals for the last couple of Years and have had a blast doing it. So we decided to jump out of the airplane and buy the gorgeous house right on the ocean. It comes with a 40 foot Cement Pier with a dredged channel to the deep water Ocean. But the Bottom-line for us was The Crazy, Gorgeous View. It is truly mezmerizing! You can literally watch the water change from turquoise to navy blue to white to sky blue. It is fascinating to watch. So Rent this beautiful home enjoy your own study in Blue.

It is fascinating to watch. So much of this house is Brand New! The house has been remodeled and supplied with everything you need for a great Vacation! ... Kayak / Paddleboard launch, Kitchen upgrade, Kitchenware, Beach Bikes, Kayaks, Paddleboards, Hurricane Windows, Furniture, etc. There is a ton of Privacy, since this Home is located next to empty lots on both sides of the house. Amazing week with 3 families


This property is even better than it looks! The expansive view is beautifuL and all the amenities are in great shape. We 3 couples shared Spring Break here with our high school senior daughters and the girls had a great time as well. They were able to hop in kayak with manatees as they swam by and a few moms even biked the easy 2.5 miles for yoga at Sombrero Beach. Easy and scenic drive to Key West and the guys had great fishing both chartered and off the old 7 mile bridge. Working with Todd was so easy with quick response times and a wealth of knowledge about Marathon and it\'s surroundings. Couldn\'t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation.

2 Weeks in Paradise


Where do I begin!?! We just spent the last two weeks in Marathon and this place is absolutely wonderful!! As you drive up you feel like you are entering a little private oasis with no neighbors...however it\'s not that little. This mansion sits on direct oceanfront and is large enough to hold a small army. With three levels, it is very roomy. The interior is nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were high end, and kitchen had everything we needed and everything made us feel right at home. The main porch is awesome and big, complete with a hammock where I rested and chairs and tables where my wife and I shared good conversations over a glass of wine as the sun set. The outside is just as impressive with a HUGE concrete patio, perfect sized pool, plenty of chairs and loungers, and large dock to park my boat. Fresh water and cleaning station at the dock edge worked great. I had some specific requests when booking this home and the owners were more than accommodating, communicated extremely well before and after the booking. Just an A+++++ all the way around. We come to the Keys 4-6 times a year and this is the best private place I\'ve ever stayed at. I would definitely consider this my GO-TO place for my future visits!!

Great House with Everything you need!


Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We made many great memories there. My three boys were able to catch fish right from the sea wall. They also saw a small shark and a manatee swim by. We loved that the house had enough kayaks and paddle boards for everyone and made use of them daily. We woke up with the sun and stayed up late every night to enjoy every possible minute there. The house is also in a great location and very close to our favorite Marathon restaurant Sparky\'s. We enjoyed going there for live music, great food and cocktails and ending the night with a swim in the pool. We were sad to leave and we will definitely be back!
