EXTERIOR
Over-sized pool deck offers plenty of room to relax around the pool with attached spa. No walking out of the house and falling into the pool here! Relax and sip on a drink at one of the table and chairs sets located on the pool deck or sit back and watch TV on the covered lanai which runs the length of the house. Stay outside even if it rains. The screen enclosure covering the pool deck keeps out the bugs and lizards. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience for all. If you are visiting in the cooler months, pool and/or spa heat are available for an additional charge. Of course, there is also a BBQ grill.
 
INTERIOR
The inside of this villa is just as spectacular as the outside. The Living Room is the perfect place to escape the noise of video games and relax with a book. The Living Room also has a queen sofa bed.  The Dining Room provides a separated area for eating, with seating for eight at the table. Next, you emerge into the open Family Room and eat-in kitchen area. The Family Room is open for that spacious feel and the sliding glass doors to the pool deck provide plenty of light. The Family Room boasts a 55-inch flat screen TV.  The Family Room also has a queen sofa bed.  
 
The eat-in kitchen has seating for six and is fully equipped, all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need are there including plastic dishes and glasses if you want to eat or enjoy a drink on the lanai.
 
The hallway off the Family Room leads to the Powder Room, Laundry Room and Theater Room.
 
BEDROOMS
The first of the 7 bedrooms is the spacious master suite - Cinderella’s Blue Dreams king ensuite, located on the first floor, off the living room. There is a huge private bathroom, featuring a shower and garden tub and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
 
The other 6 Disney themed bedrooms are on the second floor. The Snow White king en-suite with a crib. The Marvel Avengers king en-suite, the Harry Potter California king bedroom, the Beauty & the Beast queen bedroom, the Frozen queen bedroom and the Mickey Mouse 2 double bedroom. That’s right, every bedroom has a wall mounted flat-screen TV! Total of 11 TVs with cable are in our vacation villa.

Great Family Getaway


Our family loved staying at this property. Communication was excellent and check-in was very easy. Everything was super clean and in working order. The kids loved going through each of the themed rooms to find all the subtle decor that made each room special. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

A Splash of Sunshine


Our family so enjoyed The Knight Castle, each bedroom became the royal domain of a big eyed child or teen. The pool was our favorite place to hang out together after days at Disney. The game room ame in at a close second. The pool was heated though we didn’t request it. Andrienne, the owner was quick to respond to any need we had to make sure our stay was the most enjoyable.

Truly a Home Away from Home


We could not be happier with the house, the location, the service. Everything was as described and pictured. It was elegant but homey. The themed rooms were a huge hit with our grandchildren. The location was perfect for our agenda. The layout of the house was exactly what we needed for our size family. There were only a couple of very minor issues - which were taken care of immediately. We have used other rental services but this property were the best by far. We are recommending you to all our friends. Hope to be able to return! Thank you for making our vacation care-free and relaxing!

Wonderful property.


We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property has just been redecorated. The first floor master suite feels calm and serene and the bed was comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms had all been redone with themes which the kids loved. The kitchen cabinets had been repainted white with granite countertops and a nice backsplash. There was a Kuerig and drip coffee maker and a blender. The kitchen needed a few basic items but was fine for the most part. The garage has been turned into a theater room with theater seating and was great. We really enjoyed the pool area with several tables, lounge chairs and a pool table and television. The exotic plants add a nice touch. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. We were so busy that we didn’t use the community pool but the clubhouse is really nice and the staff are friendly. The neighborhood is really nice and feels safe. We were very close to restaurants, a Target, Walmart and Publix. The Disney parks and Disney Springs were very close by and easy to get to. We did not have any issues during our stay so we didn’t have to contact either the property manager or the owner but the owner was responsive during our booking and before we arrived. The door code worked great and the gate card did also so we never encountered any inconvenience. I would highly recommend this property for the fantastic neighborhood, location, comfort, fantastic pool area and theater room, and responsive owner.

Nice Place


The house was beautiful. Although we ran into a few problems the owner and manager were very responsive. I will rent this house again.
