This is one on Hawaii's sought after Condo's in Waikiki. An excellent alternative to hotel room rates. Located walking distance to all Waikiki has to offer.  
 
This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is in excellent condition, renovated in 2017 and has everything you need for your stay. All linens, Washer/Dryer, Refer, Kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, tea kettle and even a rice cooker! Beach chairs are also available for your use. Unit and building is very clean and secure. Parking in the same building and secure with 24 hour security and WiFi are all included at no additional charge.
 
When you’re not out enjoying the beach you will enjoy the stunning views this unit has to offer, Ala Wai Canal, Golf course, Diamond Head and Ocean Views. 
 
Cal King Bed in master, 2 twins in second room. Both the Master and guest baths include tub/shower in each. There also is a pull out couch if needed.  
 
The roof top deck includes pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ's, and plenty of room to relax. 
 
A short walk to Waikiki beach, restaurants, Zoo, Aquarium and a 2 minute walk up the street to a large full service Food Pantry where you can stock up on your water, food and beverages.

Christmas in Hawaii


Perfect! Great location, nice size for a family of 4. Very comfortable beds. Everything you need is right here. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. ABC Store on every corner for bottled water and other drinks and snacks. Pool area is wonderful for those days you just don’t feel like going to the beach. Quiet secure building. Beautiful views.

Awesome location


The apt. at Fairway Villas was comfortable and conveniently located right in Waikikki. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. Richard was very responsive to my texts and came over one day to reset the cable box for us. I recommend their place.

Great Waikiki Condo


We loved our stay at this condo! It was super clean -- no sign of bugs that other reviews mentioned. The location was ideal and convenient to everything in Waikiki (although maybe my waistline didn\'t appreciate being so close to the kouign amman pastries from Kona Coffee Purveyors, just a block away). The price couldn\'t be beat, especially for the quality of of the unit, the in-unit washer and dryer and free parking. We enjoyed our breakfasts on on the balcony with the provided table and chairs, and took full advantage of the closet full of beach gear (chairs, mats, umbrellas and body boards)! Someone else mentioned problems with the master bedroom mattress/bed, but we didn\'t notice any problems. I thought the master bed was very comfortable and I have had problems at other condos in the past. Richard and Monica were very responsive to all of our emails before and during our stay, and their check-in/out instructions were perfectly clear and easy to follow. We hope to stay at the Fairway Villa again soon!
