Remodel just completed!  Be one of the first guests to enjoy our new two bedroom, one bath unit. 
All new: carpet, couches, beds, bedding, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and beautiful refinished hardwood floors. 
House has an eat in kitchen bar and a dining room table. Enjoy Cable TV on the new flat screen television in the living room and both bedrooms. We also have WiFi internet for your convenience.
The bathroom and both bedrooms are on the second floor. The bathroom has a new combined tub/shower and new ceramic tile surround. We also have a washer and dryer for your use. 
We provide soaps, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bath towels, washcloths, kitchen tools, an ironing board & iron, and all the other basic items you will need to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Great Place to stay!


This home is cozy and very clean. Matt has supplied it with everything you could possibly need. The furnishings are very nice, and the beds are very comfortable. A nice size group could be very comfortable here. The location is close to everything. There is a great coffee shop, donut shop, and restaurants within walking distance. Had a great stay.

Great Get-Away


We stayed in Matt’s house over Christmas. It was the perfect location to get together with family in Medina and Summit County. The house is cozy and filled with everything you need for a nice little get away. Thanks Matt!

Hone Suite Home


Wow! What an absolutely fantastic stay we had. This property far exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, well kept, spacious and with all the comforts of home. Check in and check out was a breeze, and our host was not only responsive but also kind and accommodating. My husband and I have remarked several times on how much we look forward to staying here again when we are back in the Cleveland area. Great weekend place


We stayed in the the house for the weekend for a wedding in the area. The house was close to everything that you would need, great food and shopping. Matt was great with communication and even let us check in early with no additional charges after a long drive. An older home but the updating done made it a very cozy stay. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Weekend getaway


We booked the house for the weekend and we were very pleased. The house was clean and unique. We had many a discussions on the trim around the doors. It is an older house that was clean and pretty quiet. Loved having the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Everything was as listed. We were within walking distance of downtown Wadsworth. I will stay there again when we come back to Wadsworth.
