There are 3 master suites, each with en-suite bath with marble finishes and custom cabinetry throughout. The master suite on the main floor offers a king bed, plasma TV, and en-suite bath complete with frameless tempered glass shower and granite countertops. The second master suite on the third floor offers a King Bed, plasma TV, a walk in closet and a private balcony overlooking the city. The en-suite bath is complete with tempered glass frameless shower, a corner tub, and his and her sinks. The third master suite on the third floor offers a king bed and also an en-suite bath. The fourth bedroom has one set of bunk beds and has access to a half bath right outside the door. The second floor is where the living room is. This custom entertainment area boasts a 55' smart plasma TV complete with access to basic cable and internet for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy free high speed Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cookware designed for the professional. An added luxury is the stainless steel espresso machine. An oversized granite island has a natural gas stovetop with an over-the-range stainless exhaust system. Four barstools around the granite island offer additional and convenient seating. There is also a large glass table that seats 8 and is sure to accommodate everyone. 
 
There is public parking available outside the complex and room for one car in the garage. Walk to a very private beach with the cooler, towels and the beach chairs and enjoy a fun day under the sun. An oversized pool awaits your return from the beach, where you can cool off and relax. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the spacious rooftop terrace, where the breeze is exceptional and where you can enjoy , lounge chairs, a patio dining set, an outdoor sectional with a stainless steel BBQ. Ocean Pearl is located minutes away from some of the best restaurants, beach cafe’s, and boutique shopping in the city.

Wow !! Wonderful house


This is a beautiful house, very well decorated, with everything you need for a beach holiday. Just across the street from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, the house is very well equipped. You can find all you need in the kitchen to cook a meal. Great terrace on top floor. Lots of beach stuff is included, like chairs, umbrella and toy for children to play in the sand.

Perfect Beach Vacation


Our family of 5 had a great 11 day stay at this property. The home is large with tons of space for all. It is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The owners provided tons of beach chairs and toys too which we used for our daily time at the beach. Our kids (9 and 5) loved the beach and we felt like we had it all to ourselves with a quick walk across the street. The home is also walking distance to many restaurants and shops nearby when we didn\'t want to drive somewhere. We would definitely recommend this house to families with kids.

Fabulous Vacation


We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. It is steps from the sand and all beach stuff was available in the garage to truly enjoy a fun beach day. The owners were gracious and helpful. The elevator was great to bring up and down the luggage. The area is great and close to top restaurants. 5 stars *****

Fantastic Vacation Home


What a wonderful place, so close to the beach and amenities but not noisy or too busy. This home is very spacious and elegant with every possible convenience for our 3 generation family of 6. We can’t say enough positive things about our relaxing stay and hope to visit again soon!
