Brand new appliances and furniture. This cabin is perfect for 2 couples or a small family.
 
Located in a peaceful gated community; guests have access to two outdoor pools in the summer, and a sauna and indoor pool in the winter. ***Unfortunately, the indoor pool building is undergoing repairs and is not open***

The space
The kitchen is perfect for foodies that like to cook! Or Why not hire a private chef to cook for you! Sushi boat Omakase, anyone?
 
After you've enjoyed your meal retreat into the living room with an apéritif and good company. Kick your feet up in the reclining sofa or massage chair, and watch a movie on the 75'' 3D Sony tv (glasses provided). The indoor fireplace is a wonderful amenity to have, especially in the winter. We do provide firelogs, if you bring your own, please use only Duraflame brand.
 
Get a perfect slumber in two of the brand new premium king & queen bedrooms.
 
In the morning, wake up and feel rejuvenated with heated floors and perfect water pressure from double shower heads in the bathroom.
 
Stay cozy with heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom.
 
Guest access
Tennis court, Sauna and Three community pools 5-10 mins away.
 
Other things to note
Property is 10 minutes past entrance into the gated community (you will have to sign in)
 
It is highly recommended that you purchase all of the necessary provisions/groceries before you drive into the community. If you need any recommendations, just let me know!

Cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a full refund, minus the service fee.

RULES:
- No shoes inside the house.
- Keep volume moderated after 10PM and before 9AM.
- Always lock doors after you.
- Turn off all electric devices after you.
- Please rinse dishes, especially after heavy cooking.
- NO parties
- NO smoking or drugs.
- If any smoking found inside, there will be charge extra $150 for clean-up. There's an ashtray on the porch outside for cigarette smokers.
- There will be a fee as $100 for EACH guest pass that becomes lost (Summer).
- No friends or other guests allowed.
- Long term rentals: If you would like to have friends/ family come visit, please inform me first.
- Be respectful consider other guests and neighbors.
- No racing in the community, please follow all traffic laws. The community is patrolled by officers.
- ONLY Duraflame fire logs in the fireplace please (you can purchase from us for $10 per log)
- Keep the spaces neat and clean :)
- Please don’t steal anything from the cabin, I will know.

The house is gorgeous.


The house is gorgeous. We bought a weekend gateway for my in-laws because they help us so much with everything. The owner agreed to that. On Friday I was still at work and my in-laws needed the WiFi password so I messaged WiFi password. I was told I was rude and that I need to write in complete sentences. The WiFi did not work most of the trip and since the tv is WiFi there was not much entertainment. The owner finally told me she would like my in-laws to directly communicate with her. I said I did not have her number as I was communicating through the app. The response I got back hours later was the posting with the number circled. In my opinion that response was rude instead of just providing the number. This is only my second time booking. The bottom step was broken so my 63 year old father in law had to boost my 60 year old mother in law onto the second step. Overall house is out of a magazine and owner is not very nice.

I booked the cabin for a relaxing weekend and we were very pleased with everything. The cabin was spotless and after we settled in we put a log on the fire and just relaxed. Nataliya was a great host and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway!

The home is beautiful, very clean and has all new/up to date appliances. This is hands down the BEST home I’ve ever rented!!! And special thanks to “Nataliya” .. she was awesome from the beginning to the end of the rental. I will definitely book again ??
