Exterior Living Spaces
The wraparound balcony allows you to take full advantage of the view and with the wonderful Scottsdale weather, you’ll be able to enjoy it year-round. The balcony continues along the length of the townhouse, and numerous French doors let light into the interior spaces. And the large deck has everything you’ll need for a night at home:  a generous sized hot tub, a grill to show off your grilling talents with local steaks and veggies, and a giant circular, covered lounger perfect for snuggling.
 
Common Areas
The entire penthouse is filled with light, and the two-toned gray color scheme lends it a contemporary feel that echoes the contemporary and transitional furniture and accessories.
 
The main living area is one large open space, with a defined seating area, a dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. This is a great space for entertaining any size group. Fitting in a large gathering comfortably will be a breeze, but the space isn’t overpowering for small intimate gatherings. The room feels expansive thanks to the warm wood flooring and the clean lines of the high flat ceiling.
 
Dark smoky gray walls enclose the seating area, giving way to lighter walls in the dining room and kitchen. A fun mirrored wall in the seating area makes the room feel even larger and reflects the light from the French doors around the room. The seating area is defined by a soft U-shaped sofa overflowing with comfy pillows, and there are several side and coffee tables conveniently located to provide ample room for game night activities, or to hold that perfect beverage while you watch the large wall-mounted flat screen TV.
