The Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a walk-in closet and 3” wood shutters for privacy, and in the living room a queen size sleeper sofa bed. Wireless hi-speed internet access and FREE unlimited long distance to the UNITED STATES & CANADA is offered at no additional charge. There are 2 televisions, one 60” HIGH-DEFINITION in the living room and a 46” in the bedroom with upgraded standard cable. The unit is NO SMOKING and NO PETS and is extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, toaster oven, range with oven, over the range Samsung microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and Brand New refrigerator that has water, crushed and cubed ice on the door. New granite in the kitchen has a counter bar with bar stools, and rolling chairs at dining table which can expand to sit up to 6. Indian Shores is located on a barrier island on the West Coast of Florida, just 20.85 miles drive from Tampa International Airport and a 10.35 mile drive from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International airport.
