Description

Welcome to the cottages at Jekyll Island.  Our Cottage 84 (the KD dream cottage), will provide you with the very best beach experience on the island.  The cottage (osprey floor plan) provides luxurious and comfortable accommodations for you and your family.
 
The main floor has a generously equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 8 people, 3 bar stools, a large comfortable sofa, a washer and dryer, a half bath, and a 55-inch 4K Ultra HD TV.  The master bedroom on the main level has a 50-inch 4K Ultra HD TV, a king size bed with a dresser and a large mirror, and a luxurious on suite bathroom with a generous closet.  The kitchen is stocked with top of the line brands including Calphalon and Waterford as well as a wine refrigerator.  The screened porch on the main level offers a table and 6 chairs to enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze.  There is also a propane grill just off the back porch.
 
The upstairs contains 3 more rooms.  One bedroom has a king bed, a 43-inch 4K Ultra HD TV, a generous closet and a on suite bathroom.  The next bedroom has 2 double beds (one on top of the other), a generous closet and a bathroom with a tub.  The last room has 2 twin beds (one of top of the other) perfect for children.  There is also an outside upstairs porch with sofa and tables.
 
The cottage come fully equipped with the following items:  Linens, and pillows for all beds, 12 towels, 10 beach towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, four adult bikes, a bicycle tire pump, a cooler with wheels, a wagon , and an extra refrigerator in the garage.
 
Guests have access to the pool and the clubhouse which has an exercise room that is open from 5am to midnight.  There is also a pool table is the clubhouse.
 
Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed.  Violations to these policies are subject to a $500.00 cleaning fee.
 
There are two parking spots that will handle two large vehicles as well as a single car garage.  To inquire about our great monthly rates, please call Ron Dickerson or Lance Krpata.

Nice condo


This is a very nice property. It has a lot of nice extras like a wine fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the bike trails and restaurants.

Excellent experience


Ron thought of everything and more....property was exactly as represented in the listing. It was worry free. The 4 bicycles were especially welcomed, and we rode them everyday from one end of the island to the other. Would recommend to anyone.
