This is a well-kept apartment block with a security guard overseeing access. Mark was very friendly and showed me around. The apartment is on the top floor and although there were other people on the floor it was thankfully quiet at nights - no door banging or noisy TVs or voices. The apartment has all of the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay, and in particular the WiFi works well. I would definitely recommend this place to my fellow travelers.
