Suite is bright and airy, with ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, and air conditioning in bedroom. Full kitchen with range, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, coffee pot, toaster, table and chairs. Television and DVD players, with cable and internet connection. Bedroom has door for privacy, and full bathroom .    
 
Access to the roof and palapa at any time, awesome views of the lagoon, the Mayan Mountains complete with a view of the 'Sleeping Giant', Placencia village, the sea and beyond. Great for watching the sun rise or set, and just relaxing and enjoying the breeze and view at any time of the day in the chairs, hammock, or bench available.  
 
With in a short walk or biking distance to the beach, shopping, and entertainment.   
Day trips to most places  can be arranged.

First time in Placencia


This is a very nice ground floor apartment located between canals on front and back. Very cute with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and good wifi. Located a short walk from town center, it felt quite safe there. Cutest little on-site dog, Leo, but can be a bit of a barker. All in all a very pleasant place to stay at an affordable rate. Would definitely consider booking again when I return to Placencia.

Clean and easy


Clean, bright and close to everything. No car needed, bicycles provided are all the transport you need. Donald and Leo( 6 month old Maltese ) keep the property in great condition and are extremely helpful especially if you have a biscuit for Leo. Great rooftop area for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets

Beautiful apartment in a great location


This apartment is well decorated, clean, and well equipped for an extended stay. It is well layed out in a quiet area but close to stores, restaurants, and beaches. The owner is helpful and available but not visible or pushy. The upper deck has a gorgeous view and the canal in front is good for swimming or snorkeling. I highly recommend The Windflower.

I loved staying at the windflower!! It was clean, cozy and just perfect.


It’s a great little apartment, very clean and it actually has everything you need. It was close to everything we wanted to do and Mr. Donald Haack was great. I will definitely go back to Belize and stay at THE WINDFLOWER!

Wonderful accommodations on the harbor side with access to the 3rd floor rooftop cabana, incredible


Located on the water, you also have kayaks available to explore the surrounding waterway and bicycles to explore town.
