About Leslie Mitchell

Our names are Leslie and Bob. We first traveled to LHVC for a family wedding in June 2006. We were so impressed with the resort, its amenities and staff that we purchased a membership the second day of our trip. When we made plans to be married in 2007, we knew there would be no better place for such a special occasion than Lifestyle Holidays. We had 16 guests accompany us and had the most beautiful wedding trip anyone could ever hope for. In fact, while we were there we upgraded our membership and have since upgraded again to Real Estate Owners which now enables us to share unlimited weeks with unbeatable service at this elegant resort with our friends, family, and others.

Leslie and Bob are the BEST!!


We had an AMAZING time during our Christmas/New Year’s stay at the resort. Our 3 bedroom suite was lovely and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We usually stay in condominiums so it was very nice to have maid service every day as opposed to twice a week. Our VIP rep took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic, as was the entertainment. Our favorite restaurant was the Asian fusion one – Kimonos (although the Italian one – Basil and Tomatoes came in a close second.) My husband and our friends really enjoyed the New Years Eve party – the food was over-the-top and the music, dancers, etc. really made for a memorable evening. We did run into a few people who were not happy with their accommodations but, as we always travel during peak holiday periods we prepare ourselves to deal with inevitable inconveniences. This time though, we had none! Some people seemed very high maintenance and this is not a good way to be if you travel during the holidays. We also talked to others who did not receive the accommodations they booked and they just made the best of it and enjoyed themselves. All in all, it seemed the majority of guests were having a great time. I would definitely visit this resort and again and highly recommend booking through Bob and Leslie.

Better than we could have hoped for


Wow, while not very big, the people and service provided are top shelf. Everything is close enough you wont spend more than 5 minutes getting around, and its so clean. The food was great, the rooms very spacious, and the people that work the resort are very personable and very helpful. If your looking for an all inclusive that has it all, without the headache of needing a golf cart to get around in, this is it -

VERY pleasantly surprised


I\'ll start this review with the preface that my group and I were extremely skeptical going in to this trip. There were six of us, all late twenties, all in desperate need of a vacation. We found this deal on HomeAway with $30 dollars off the daily all inclusive rate, and a significantly less expensive room rate, and the promise of a stocked fridge and several bottles of alcohol waiting for us in our room. DELIVERED. The grounds are immaculate, the beach pristine, and people friendly. The food was alright, but that was to be expected with all inclusive. The only down side is the aggressive sales tactics by the employees, but once you hard pass, they leave you alone. Bob and Leslie were usually prompt to respond and they arranged for our rides to and from the airport. You\'ll get picked up in a stretch limo with tons of free booze, but if you don\'t buy a timeshare, you get taken back in a nice van. Take advantage of this offer!

VIP EXPERIENCE


My friends and I were very impressed with this property. Everything found in the overview is accurate and the owners were helpful during the entire booking process. When we arrived we were assigned a staff member who helped us book dinner reservations and showed us around. The room was very clean and spacious. We had in room bottle service and our refrigerator was stocked daily with fruits and beverages. The stuff made the experience even more enjoyable! I would definitely be booking through this couple again.

Great trip!


We spent four nights here in a 2 bedroom villa. It was beautiful, clean, the fridge was stocked with beer, water, and soda. An employee came up to get our order for individual bottle service. We ate at both Kimono\'s and Basil- Kimono\'s we had the 8:30 reservation and still had not eaten by 10pm. (This was a common issue with other guests, but not the fault of Leslie and Bob!) Food on resort is basic, not the best but really we didn\'t come for the food but the sun! We laid out on cabana\'s each day, you do have to get there early and put a book or shirt to save it. Wait staff was attentive, and we had drinks all day. Water was great, lots of activities and people on the beach. Vendors are kept away from guests laying out, and there were always plenty of security and hotel employees around. Only issue with our room was one toilet handle was broken and one shower had on/off hot water. Neither of these issues were cause enough to call maintenance, we just told them upon our exit. We did not get to ride in the limo, however a van was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival. We did have to talk to one employee about membership, however once we told her we weren\'t interested and she got her manager whom we told the same thing they left us alone. We had a great time, and for the price this is worth it! My group had my husband and two sisters, all had a great time! Would stay again.
