Awesome AGAIN ....!


This was our third year at Camp Awad ....! Mr. Awad greeted us again and it\'s like seeing family! Our whole family looks forward to our week together. Our young grandson asked in April - \"can we go to the brown house again?\" They are making MEMORIES and we are so thankful to the Awad\'s for sharing their beautiful home so we can. This year there was an extra treat. The neighbor next door is building so we got to see all the excavating equipment! Boys couldn\'t wait to watch each day! Not sure how the Awad\'s are going to top that next year for us! Guess we\'ll just have to enjoy the lake and fishing even more ...!

Relaxing, peaceful stay


We loved our stay at Camp Awad! The kitchen is amazing. So much room and everything you need. The sitting room and deck were nice for reading and hanging out. Our son was in the lake every day and enjoyed riding his bike in the driveway. Great home for extended families to enjoy. We are planning on coming again next year!

Outstanding Property in an ideal location


This was our first time at Camp Awad and Paradox Lake and both were as beautiful as advertised. Very serene setting with beautiful sunsets and quiet peace. Hardly any boats on the lake with very little if any noise. Fishing on Paradox was great, especially for the small mouth bass. The kitchen was very large and well equipped. Every imaginable utensil and tool you need. Island sitting area was very handy for breakfast and lunch. The dining room could certainly sit a large family, but we never had an occasion to use it since we ate outside most of the time. Master bedroom was very large with a huge master bath. Sitting area for TV was cozy and a well respite from the rest of the house. Gently sloping lawn down to the dock and beach was useful for corn-hole and other lawn games. Sitting area on the beach was restful. Plenty of adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to meet. They communicated on every issue and were only a phone call away. All in all a great stay at a great location. Would certainly return.

Camp Awad at Paradox Lake


This was our second stay at Camp Awad. Paradox Lake is one of the best lakes in the Adirondacks and Camp Awad is a perfect location. The House is huge. We were 2 families totaling 9 people and we had plenty of room. The house has a nice beach area and you can dock your boat right in front of house. My son really enjoyed fishing off the dock. The kitchen is beautiful and the hot tub is a great place to unwind at night and look at the stars. The house is very clean and is close to shopping. We love this place and can\'t wait to come back.

BEST EVER!


This was our second time at Camp Awad .... we never thought our first experience could be surpassed but it was! Once again, Mr. Awad met us which is such a welcoming touch. He makes us feel so comfortable. The home and grounds are so beautiful and lack for nothing. It is perfection for our family and we all can\'t wait to return.
