Located directly across from the beach, "The Grayt Escape" is the most upscale home built in this area!
 
No expense has been spared in our newly constructed, over the top home.
 
Almost 4000 square footage of living space. On the ground floor, there is a private pool (8.5 ft. wide, 6.5 ft. deep and 17' long) and spa surrounded by a huge patio with built in gas grill for the ultimate family experience.
 
First floor also has an inside sitting area right off the patio to make it easy for those inside to enjoy what is going on outside. There are two bedrooms on this floor: a king master with an ensuite. Across from the king is a queen bedrooms is a private bathroom. On this floor, you will also find a "bunkroom" with extra-large twin bunks built in.  There is full bath right outside of the bunkroom. An elevator goes to all floors of the house as well as stairs. 
 
On the second floor, there is a queen bedroom with private bathroom to the right of the elevator. Directly across from the steps/elevator is a powder room, and to the left is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen. There are beautiful hardwoods throughout the house and many personal luxuries on this floor, including a beautiful gas fireplace.  The house has a SONOS sound system throughout that bluetooth connects to your personal device.  Your music where ever you need it!  You will find all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a pot filler at the gas cooktop. There are French doors to a balcony that spans the entire front of the house. There is a small balcony overlooking the pool area off the kitchen.
 
On the third floor, there is a galley kitchen with a bar area and a small sitting room. There is a king master bedroom with ensuite and French doors leading to another large balcony at the front of the house. At the back, there is another small balcony off the kitchen area and a 2nd bedroom with private bathroom.

A Perfect Family Vacation Home


The property was beautiful! We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and close proximity to the beach which was just across the street. We had a couple of questions and received prompt service. We had a family of 13 and the home gave us plenty of space to be together and places for quiet time. We would recommend this property.

Great family friendly house close to the beach


We had 14 people and stayed here 5 nights - there was plenty of space, rooms on all levels helped with the kids that wanted to sleep vs. adults that stayed up later, although not huge, the pool was great and the kids enjoyed it, and proximity to the beach was perfect to allow people to come and go.

Grayt property - Perfect for multiple families !!!


Great property, very beautiful, well maintained. Very close to the beach. Very quiet. We love the music system controlled with the mini iPad and can control which areas we want the music playing. Love that it\'s super close to bad ass coffee, best coffee place in town! Close to several souvenir/beach stores and to the scooter & paddle boat rental place, less than 5 mins walk. The beach service with umbrella and chairs is definitely worth having as tents are not allowed. Great layout, we had multiple families and parents so it worked out perfectly with the kids staying away being noise staying away from the older people on the 3rd floor. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi & the outdoor shower. We bbq-ed almost every day so the built-in grill was put to great use! Also nice to have 2 sets of washing machine & dryer, we can wash all the towels simultaneously and spend less time instead of doing that multiple times. Definitely a grayt place to stay!!! Only 1 thing, the hollywood street access gate code does not work, not a big deal as this one is further than the other access gate (5 houses down instead of 3, very close)
