Description

This three story beach house has one of the largest pools available in the area. This pool measures 16'x24' and 5' 1/2" deep  with an attached hot tub and includes lighting for night swimming. A beautiful privacy fence surrounds the entire patio/pool area.  
 
The first floor has 2 king bedrooms and a "bunkroom" with a queen bed and a full over full bunk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and TV.
 
The second floor has a spacious living and dining area a with a modern kitchen including all stainless steel appliances, dinner ware, cookware, coffee pot, crockpot and blender. We even have a highchair for the little one.
 
The living area has a gas fireplace and a 75" smart TV. Just off the living area, down the hall is a powder room. There is also a queen bedroom with a private bathroom.
 
The third floor has a king master suite with ensuite and a queen with a private bathroom. This floor also host laundry facilities.
 
All three floors are accessible via elevator or stairs.
The house has complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for 5 vehicles. All linens for bed and bath are provide.

Great surprise!


Had a great girl’s trip (8 of us)and had plenty of room for more friends. Property was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Any problems we had were taken care immediately. Easy access to the beach! I would gladly rebook this property!

Great vacation home!


Very clean on arrival, great layout with views, and convenient location. Although it\'s a three story home and an elevator is present, it isn\'t a bad climb if you choose to use the stairs to the third floor. The elevator is a little slow in comparison to others in buildings or apartments but I\'m not sure if that\'s because it\'s in a home. You can see some of the ocean from the living room and the signal flag so you can get a sense of how your beach day will be. We did have an issue but the agency was easy to get a hold of that day and responded quickly by coming out the next day to resolve it. There was also a hose on route in the private walkway to the beach so it was easy to rinse off sand going back to the property as well as a private hose on the property by the front door. We definitely enjoyed our time here and would come back in the future.

A-W-E-S-O-M-E Beach Home!!!


Super clean, right across the street from it\'s private beach access gate. Home is meticulously maintained and has a great look and feel. Plenty of parking. Owner and his staff are great to work with. Best Destin rental I\'ve stayed in (been going past 9 years) - will definitely stay here again!
