Just renovated, this gorgeous home is situated on a beautiful natural lot that is embraced by a serene lagoon and mature oaks, magnolia, cedar, and palms trees. Out back, the new deck and in-deck saltwater pool enjoy unobstructed views and self-cleaning, the pool can be enjoyed nine months out of the year. (Extra fee for Heater)
 
A custom-built mahogany door with cut glass arch and side lights welcomes you into the front foyer with direct sight lines through the living room to the deck, pool, and lagoon.
 
The spacious living room features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, tray ceiling, and Anderson 4-panel wood accent doors with invisible screens that drink in lots of natural light and gorgeous views. 
 
The kitchen is open to the breakfast room, family room, and sunroom. Complete with granite countertops, ceramic beadboard backsplash, cherry and glass-front cabinetry, and high-end appliances, including Thermador gas cooktop with counter griddle, Rohl pot filler, and ceiling-mount ventilator, the space is both delightful and functional.
 
A formal dining room off the entry foyer enjoys serene views and seats eight comfortably.
 
The sunroom can be enjoyed year-round and features a vaulted stained planked ceiling, skylights, and oversized windows and sliding doors with invisible screens.
 
Just off the kitchen and sunroom, a sizeable family room with brick surround fireplace and towering planked ceiling and custom built-in offers a comfortable, lagoon-side room to relax and enjoy a family gathering, game night, or movie.
 
The first floor master serves as a luxurious retreat. Washed in a soothing coastal palette, the master features plush new carpeting, crown molding, picture windows, and large sliding glass doors that open to the pool. The light-filled private bathroom offers a vaulted ceiling with skylights, frameless walk-in shower, and large garden tub.
 
Two additional bedrooms offer family and guests every comfort. Plus a FROG (family room over garage) is a great gather space with one queen bed and 2 twins, plus a sitting area with a flat screen TV.
 
We will supply a  Pack in play for small children upon request..

Beautiful Spacious Home


Our family met in Kiawah for summer vacation and we are so thankful we chose this house to stay in for the week. The property is incredible! We needed to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. We had PLENTY of space and the house has everything you need. The kiddos loved the pool! We have golfers in the family who enjoyed being close to the beautiful courses. We caught fish in the large bass pond down the road. We rented bikes to ride to the beach and wound up riding them almost everyday to explore this stunning, gated community. The owner, Tom McGuire was very helpful with information about the house and things to do on the island to ensure a great time. There is something for everyone here and we can’t wait to return!

Spacious Wonderful House!


Communication with the owner was great! So much space! The house has everything it needs, the kitchen is well-appointed. The grill outside is great. Beds and beddings are very comfortable. We loved having coffee outside in the morning overlooking the pond and watching nature; deers grazing in the yard and beautiful birds. We rented bikes and went around for hours. Coming home to a pool was a plus. We would come back to this house.

Great House for Adults and Families


We spent Memorial Day weekend at this property and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was functional and spacious. The two living spaces were great for watching different TV shows, and the pool was the perfect size for lounging and staying cool in the heat. All the bedrooms were nicely outfitted but not stuffy. Would definitely recommend for groups and families.
