This Luxurious Vacation home in Orlando is only 7 minutes from Disney at the Encore Club by Reunion. Many visitors come to stay at our house to enjoy Kissimmee, Orlando as it is centrally located to everything.
 
Surrounded by many attractions, you will never get bored. It is close to to a few golf courses. It is a great for families and groups. If you are coming with family or a basket ball teams, volley ball teams, dance competitions, soccer, tennis or any other sports event in Orlando this home is perfect for a group of 12 guests.
 
This 6 bedroom home has a bathroom and a TV and alarm clock in each bedroom. One master bedroom is on the lower level of the home.

My name is Myrtle. I was born in Africa but immigrated to Canada around 1982. i am married and have two wonderful children.
My family and I love to travel and when we visited Orlando, we loved the fact that we could do many different attractions from going to the Disney World, Universal studio, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and pubs, beaches. There is entertainment for all ages and you can never be bored.
We purchased our vacation home in mid 2017 and decided that we would love to share this home with guests who could enjoy and make our home their home while on vacation and enjoy the luxury of being in a gated community patrolled by security and be in a home equipped with everything you would need in a home away from home including the gaming rooms, the private pool, all linen, furniture, cutlery and crockery. TV's in each room, hairdryers, alarm clocks, the access to the Private Encore Resort by reunion and its many amenities at the club house like the huge water park, pool, tennis courts, basket ball court, beach volleyball courts, gym, kids zone, restaurants, shopping centers and the many attractions which are close to the home.
I can arrange for anything you need. Just ask and we will try to arrange it for you

Now that we own the house/villa it is so nice to be able to interact and get to know so many of the guests that come to stay at our home and it feels good when they take the time to give us such wonderful reviews after their vacation.
I think it is so nice to be able to treat people like you would like to be treated and so I take pride in making sure the guests arrive safely and have access to the property and have all that they need especially on the first day.

This home is in a luxury home minutes away from various attractions including the Walt Disney Downtown, Sea world and Universal Studio. There is lots to see in Orlando including the Kennedy Space Center, Epcot. The house is about half an hour to the MCO airport. It is close to Orange County Conference center.
Daytona beach is about one hour and 15 minutes away.
If you do not feel like leaving the house, enjoy the private heated pool and spa, gaming rooms and TV's .

This home is perfect for big families and groups. Instead of booking individual hotels this home accomodates 12 guests and has rooms with full self contained washrooms for the privacy of all guests. It has the a laundry in the house with a dryer making it easy for vacationers to do their own laundry. This home also has a fully equipped kitchen making it convenient to cook your own meals if you so wish to. There is a BBQ for you to use.
This home is located in a convenient location. It is also a very safe place to stay and has private security patrol on the premises.

Beautiful house! Perfect location! Great amenities!


This was my first stay at this home and it was everything that we expected and so much more. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay!!! The house is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. I love that every bedroom has its own full bathroom attached to it and comes with fresh linen. The master bedroom on the ground level walks out onto the pool and hot tub in the backyard. The Minnie and Mickey themed kids bedroom is super cute! The extra features such as the pool, hot tub, pool table, play station and ping pong table makes this house a fun and ideal vacation space for any large family/group. In addition to the bonus features at the house, we also had access to the main clubhouse of the resort and all of the available amenities including, two tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, a basketball court, fitness center, kids zone, gaming room, a huge water park with outdoor pool. There is also a free shuttle service to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. It was also very convenient that there was a Wal- Mart just five minutes down the street!!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Incredible Oasis


This place was exactly what we needed. It provided a beautiful relaxing space with everything we needed to detach and rejuvenate. Extremely clean and close to everything we could possibly want during our stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic House


We stayed in this house with 3 families and we always had plenty of room and never felt we were in anyone\'s way. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a ton of towels. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so no one had to wait there turn. The kitchen was spacious and there was tons of storage through the house. The water-park was close by and the kids had a great time playing both pool and ping-pong in the house. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for our family


Rare that a property is more impressive in person than the photos, but this property was just that. The house is in pristine condition, well appointed, well stocked, and in a great location. We had ten people from 6 months to 69 and it worked well for all of us. Each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom and television which was so great. Beds were very comfortable, laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer upstairs, pool table upstairs, one master bedroom on main floor, large living room, dining room table large enough for all of us to sit at, two dishwashers, beautiful pool and hot tub, garage with games, great locking system for doors, pool alarm alerted us if the patio door near the pool was opened - so beneficial since we had a 3 year old! House was amazing! We also loved the option of the free shuttle to the parks, communal water park just a few blocks away (which was free). The community center at the pool/water park had a restaurant and a more informal outdoor eating option. The homeowner uses a service called Jeeves which was great - if you needed anything you just called them. We had a slight problem with the doors and they came out right away to fix. They will also deliver you food (for a price of course!) But it is a great service. Myrtle was very nice to deal with as well. Our family has stayed at many properties and I would say this one is at the top of our list! Thanks for a great vacation!

Amazing house, Amazing area


We had a blast at this house! Minutes away from Disney and 192 has everything we needed to stock the house. Property owner called us on our first night to make sure everything was good for us and we appreciated the check up. Highly recommend renting this unit !
