Cotton Bayou is a boaters delight, a boat slip is available with the rental of the unit.  A marina use fee of $100 per week will be paid to the Property Manager prior to launch.  Cotton Bayou is located in one of the best locations of beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama.  Orange Beach is home to an area of the Gulf Coast which has Emerald water and some of the Whitest sand in the World!!!!!
 
Come enjoy yourself in our nicely decorated unit with all the conveniences to enjoy the area.  Whether you are looking for fishing, boating, beaching or simply relaxation with family and friends this is the place.
 
Kitchen has Granite counters. Equipped with Toaster, Blender, Coffee maker and all the necessary equipment to prepare small snacks or a large meal to be enjoyed around the bar or at the spacious dining table that will easily seat 6.
 
Master Bedroom includes a Queen sized bed complete with crisp, snuggly linens and a flat screen TV.
 
The second Bedroom includes Twin beds with the same crisp, snuggly linens.

Great Place to stay! Very clean and everything’s as described in the listing.


The location of the property on Cotton Bayou is excellent. Very peaceful and quiet. It’s very convenient having an on-site boat ramp, and the boat docks are nice. For those bringing a boat, it’s easy to park a truck and trailer under this particular unit. Not all units on this property are positioned to easily maneuver a truck and boat trailer underneath them.

Perfect location for a wonderful stay


This property was exactly as stated. Very clean and contained all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the beach, close to fishing charters and in a less hectic area. We enjoyed the dock area for evening fishing in the bayou as dolphins swam around. The pool is large and the kids enjoyed ending the days swimming. We had such a great time and this property was a perfect landing point.
