The five stately bedrooms are designed to accommodate everyone's needs. The Master suite is furnished with a king bed and private deep soak Jacuzzi tub. The Family suite includes a king bed and twin bunk beds. The Ocean Suite and Bay suite are both equipped with two queen beds. The Ocean suite also features an outdoor terrace and hammock. The fifth bedroom is set up with a loft design featuring two twin beds reminiscent of a college dorm room. It is very popular with children and teens. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart LED TVs, en suite bathrooms with rainfall showers, and spacious closets with digital safes.

The two plush living rooms are the ideal setting for entertaining family and friends or to enjoy a moment to yourself. Awesome!!


I looked for many hours to find exactly the right property for my family of 13 which included a 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 year old. I needed a lot of space without any stairs. Our Penthouse was everything promised. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy one another and then to also get away from each other. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Lots of closet space in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was enormous and the refrigerator was big enough for taking care of all the food we purchased. We had spectacular views from all of the living and dining areas and enjoyed the outdoor space as well. The pool at the Peninsula was lovely. Veronica and Bob handled this booking and were beyond helpful before and during our stay. Veronica even babysat for 4 hours the first day for us. Melissa also helped book us on all our tours and all our transport needs. We had one minor issue with the fridge, and it was handled within 15 minutes of calling at 10:30 at night. Thank you Bob, Veronica and Melissa. We will remember our vacation for a long time to come. Fabulous.

Comfort and convenience, all in one!


We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We were a group of 13 ladies and had plenty of space to move around. The property is well maintained and up to date. The manager Rafa, was really pleasant and easy to work with. He answered all our questions, setup our excursions and made sure we were comfortable. The condo is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the city center and a five minute walk to a convenience store. It’s easy to get a taxi or to rent a bike or golf cart. The beach is a 10 minute walk away, with a beautiful pool and bar at the Langosta Beach Club. This is more of a surfing beach, but also has beautiful sunsets with plenty of beach chairs to relax. This place really has a a lot to offer, a must stay

Great place for a large group


We were a group of 16 young professionals in our late 20s to 30s, and this was the perfect place for our large party! It is incredibly spacious with room for everyone. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. He was also to help coordinate a shuttle for us from Liberia airport, as well as set up a sailing and snorkeling tour for us at the last minute all via email. He was very responsive to issues or questions we had during our stay. Regarding the apartment itself, it is GORGEOUS and is just like the pictures. Our favorite part was the outside porch, which was great for group bonding and watching sunsets with a drink in our hand. Not only this, but you have unlimited access to the oceanfront beach club which we spent many of our days at because that segment of the beach was by far the least busy and most pretty! Only negative was that the WiFi was not very strong and was finicky at times (intermittently unable to connect to it).

An awesome place for large groups!


The Langosta Penthouse was an awesome place to stay for our large party of 15. The positives - each bedroom had its own bathroom, large common areas for our large party to gather, a large kitchen, very attentive condo staff, and the complimentary admission to the Langosta Beach Club was a huge bonus with our stay. We can’t rave enough about the beach club - the pool and beach were clean and beautiful, the food/drinks were very tasty (though pricey), and the service at the beach house was top notch. That said, the negatives - Old pots/pans lacking Teflon made it very difficult to cook at the condo, the short dirt road to town was very annoying to say the least (Puravida will tell you that they have electric cars that you can rent, but beware, they’re actually golf carts. I’d highly recommend renting a car; we rented from the Liberia airport ($300 for an SUV for one week) and the drive to Tamarindo was very pleasant with well-paved roads). The condo provides 3 parking spaces in a secure garage, another bonus. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

This place was perfect!!! The layout was great, location was off a little out of town but it worked great for our group. Everyone that assisted us from checking in to leaving was VERY accommodating. Every person in our party would suggest this place to others.

Exceptional!!


WOW!!! Can\'t say enough about this wonderful property , the management staff and the location. We came to Costa Rica for our first time to celebrate my twin sons 18th birthday and celebrate we did! This penthouse suite is exactly as it pictured. From the first moment when you walk in with the breeze blowing through the doors and windows and the spectacular views from every window you won\'t want to ever leave! The furniture is comfortable and cozy and the entire unit is exceptionally clean and polished. From your condo you are a quick golf cart ride or pleasant walk to either Langosta Beach or in to Tamarindo for beach fun, restaurants and shopping. We loved heading down to Langosta beach to surf and enjoy a sandwich at Mady\'s Deli. Stephano (our main contact) is an extraordinary concierge. He is professional, knowledgeable and above all a wonderful example of all that is great about Costa Rica\'s culture and motto Pura Vida! If you have any questions or need anything he is quick to respond and help you out so that you can experience all that the area has to offer. The Langosta Beach club which you have access to with this rental is a wonderful place to relax, settle in and just breath in the beautiful days and evenings and it to is only a short walk, bike ride or golf cart away. If you don\'t feel like walking the 15 or so minutes into or out of town the local phone you are provided with w/ Stephano\'s number , a shuttle service (taxi) and Tico to Go for ordering food delivered is a great little perk of this rental as well. There\'s really just not enough good things to say about this place!!! My family and I are already planning our next visit!!! Choose this rental and you won\'t be disappointed!
