The spacious pool area faces directly south and offers sun the whole day. The brand new jacuzzi was built in summer 2020 and is the perfect place to have a cool drink and enjoy the cool bubbles. Villa ChillOut lies at a quiet side road but yet within spitting distance to shoppings and tourist sites.
 
A big lanai with a dining table and a lounge, comfortable sunloungers and, of course, a gas BBQ. Enjoy your perfect juicy american BBQ or maybe even a fresh fish from the canal?
 
Sunbather can enjoy their daily dose of floridian sun either on the sundeck or directly at the water on the dock.
 
A huge high quality sofa is the center of the bright and friendly open living room. A HD LED TV with home cinema and of course free WIFI within the whole house.
 
The open kitchen with a high quality granite worktop overviews the livingarea as well as the terrace. It is fully quipped.
 
4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests are comfortably equipped. Masterbedroom with direct access to the pool area and en-suite bathroom, bathtub and massage shower. Two bedrooms with queensize beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. A second bathroom with shower/WC is available.
 
Sportive guests can explore the surroundings by kayak or bike, both of which Villa ChillOut offer for free (use at very own risk). Paddle through the species-rich canals or explore Cape Coral by Bike. It’s worth the effort!

Up to 20 days before the rental term begins: 50% of the total rental cost
19 to 2 days before the rental term begins: 80% of the total rental cost
1 day before the rental term begins and on the date of arrival: 100% of the total rental cost.
