Movie room, with projection, Netflix included, Free wi-fi, and high speed internet included.
 
Fully stocked kitchen including spices and large flatscreen TVs in living room and in master bedroom.
Groups over 6 guests will be charged a $75.00 per person per night up to 12 guests.

We have lived in the Phoenix area since 1986 and we have seen the city triple in size. In those 35 years we have witnessed the natural evolution that comes with such growth. The Phoenix Suns of the NBA were here along with the NHL farm team known as the Roadrunners had a strong followings.
Today the area is home to the world champion Diamondbacks of MLB, the Suns, the NFL Cardinals, the NHL Coyotes and a host of spring league teams in baseball. The home is close to these venues and next door to the spring training leagues. The Ben Avery shooting range is close by and one of the nation's largest public shooting ranges in the USA.
Phoenix is the gateway to the Southwest, including the Grand Canyon, cliff dwellers, Sedona, Tombstone and Karchner Cave. Golf courses are world class and there are lots of them. There is plenty to do but the number one reason for growth has been and continues to be the dependable sunny weather.
Summers are hot and that is why prices are lower in the Summer, but Winter is beyond awesome. Warm days and cool nights mean for the best golf days, best biking days, best outdoor days in all of America. Plenty of hiking desert mountain trails minutes from the house. The Thunderbird hiking trail park system is about 4 minutes away and boasts 4 differentn desert mountains that we hike each morning.
The home comes with an entertaining friendly BBQ and backyard. Don't be fooled by the lure of a swimming pool, as you cannot swim in them in the Winter months.

Comfortable and conveniently located


We stayed for a week on a visit from overseas and were very happy with the house. It is very much a family home with character and a welcoming ambience. We felt \'at home\' within an hour or two. The range of facilities available was impressive. The home\'s proximity to Arrowhead Mall was a real bonus and we found its location very convenient for our travelling needs. A special mention of the property manager has to be made. His prompt attention to any issues we had (they were minor) was much appreciated.

perfect home for a family trip to Arizona!


We could not be more pleased with this home. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We had everything that we needed right here in the home! This trip to AZ we took day trips to Saguaro National Park (2 hrs. away) and Grand Canyon (3.5 hours). We also went to the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix and a spring training game in nearby Peoria (Mariners). this location in Glendale was just perfect for all of our trips. The home was large and comfortable: it was fantastic using this home to unwind after a our various day trips around AZ. We even made homemade lemonade with lemons from the lemon tree in the backyard! .

Great Place Close to Everything!


Our stay in this home was awesome! The house was huge, had high ceilings and had a grand spacious feel. Everything was clean and bed were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home when we were not going out. We watched movies in the upstairs movie room and enjoyed meals outside in the outdoor barbecue area. There was lots shopping and restaurants within a few miles. Working with John was a pleasure, he was accommodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. Our week in the Phoenix area flew by, we hope we can come again.
