Our gorgeous Bluff Suite is the perfect location whilst you're visiting Toronto. Everyone loves it, as you can see from the reviews! Our beautiful suite is just a stone’s throw from downtown Toronto and the trendy Beach. This 1000 square foot, second-floor unit, overlooks Lake Ontario, and includes both period furniture and modern amenities. Our accommodation includes a king bed, queen bed and  a pull-out sofa in the den. The living room (15' x 20') features a stocked book nook, an electric fireplace and a reclining love seat. Other amenities include flat screen cable TV, a DVD player, and broadband-based WiFi. Imagine cooking while looking at the lake from our fully-equipped kitchen - all utensils and appliances: toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, fridge/freezer and microwave. Groceries can be purchased at one of the nearby major food chains. There are two bathrooms - one decorated in "spa" colours and the other having a "nature" theme. Of course, no home-away-from-home would be complete without laundry - there is a washer and dryer right in the apartment!
 
Our suite provides about 20 feet of viewing over the  backyard with Lake Ontario immediately beyond. Sorry, no fishing or boating as we are on a 350 foot bluff!  Our vantage point is perfect for watching the sunrise, storms, and rainbows. The moon rising from the lake on full-moon nights is simply indescribable and must be experienced. 
 
The Bluff Suite is more, however, than creature comforts and a phenomenal view. We are very proud of our cottage-in-the-city environment, just fifteen minutes drive from downtown Toronto. Feel the peace and serenity offered by our secluded paradise - the wind and waves from Lake Ontario, flowers in season, and the quiet community atmosphere. While joggers and dog-walkers make good use of the neighborhood streets, often the loudest noise to be heard is the birdsong – Canada geese, blue jays, cardinals, and sometimes baltimore orioles. Raccoons regularly peek in the 2nd floor windows and occasionally deer, coyotes, and foxes (fortunately not often!) are spotted in the backyard. 
 
We are just a few minutes drive from Bluffer's Park Marina where you can enjoy a wonderful meal or pub fare while the boats go in and out of the marina. In season, you may want to charter a boat and enjoy fishing for salmon or lake trout. You will enjoy exploring the trendy Beaches neighborhood with it’s Boardwalk, beach volleyball, walking & cycling trails, off-leash area for dogs, fine dining, shops, & spas...amenities abound! Enjoy walking, hiking or cycling along the scenic lakefront, stroll in the park, drop into a sidewalk café, catch some rays, explore the quaint homes in the neighborhood, or simply people-watch. 
 
Your lovely apartment includes use of our spacious deck, hot tub, firepit, 2 bicycles and helmets, the daily newspaper, and free parking.  
 
Our suite is great for travellers, corporate or wedding guests, the bridal party, people who are escaping their own home renovations, locals who want a vacation without leaving town, people who are relocating, and others.

This is a great rental overlooking Lake Ontario!


We enjoyed our stay at Panorama Park! Joy Gilbert had everything ready for us upon arrival. We felt right at home. My wife was able to cook like it was her own kitchen. This rental can comfortably accommodate 8 persons. It is close to local attractions, the “beach” and short drive to the city. I would recommend this to anybody planning to visit this great place!.

Lovely, spacious upstairs apartment with beautiful view of Lake Ontario


Our stay at Joy\'s Lake Ontario home was wonderful. The apartment is spacious, easily sleeps up to 8 people, has two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. It is located about 20 minutes from downtown Ontario - but near several trendy neighborhoods with lots of great restaurants within a five minute drive. Joy is a wonderful hostess - had the refrigerator filled with water, yogurt, eggs and other snacks to tide us over until we could get to the store. She was full of helpful ideas for getting to know the city, but very respectful of our space. We would definitely stay here again!

A gem on the bluffs of Lake Ontario!


The upstairs apartment is beautiful -- clean and with a fantastic view of Lake Ontario. Backyard is gorgeous, with lights at night! A fruit platter, eggs, loaf of bread and more awaited us on our late night arrival. We loved staying in the suite.

Absolutely Amazing Hidden Jewel


This place is so amazing and wonderful, you really have to experience it in person to understand everything that it has to offer. The views of the lake are priceless and breathtaking! But the best part of this place, is not the view or the amazing backyard, it\'s the property owner. She is super kind and helpful. She really made us feel welcome and \"part of the family\" from night one. We had a real late arrival and didn\'t get a chance to run to the groceries. Much to our surprise, she had stocked our fridge with some breakfast essentials that saved us a trip with all the jet lag. The kids loved playing with her dogs and exploring her magical backyard. It really does feel magical. Although the location was far from the wedding we were attending, we are so happy for picking this place. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Joy!

A marvelous find!


This was a delightful property. We were in Toronto for our granddaughter\'s graduation from college. The family was scattered throughout the beach area and on the night before the ceremony, they all gathered at our rental. We had a cookout on the marvelous deck using the very nice grill, we roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, we relaxed in the hot tub and we drank in the gorgeous views of the lake. We ranged in age from 7 to 74 and all of us had a grand time. Joy was so accommodating, setting up the twinkle lights so that as night came on the yard looked like a fairyland. The apartment was very comfortable and we so appreciated Joy having all the food necessities for us so we didn\'t have to make a grocery run first thing. WE explored the Marina, ate at some of the nearby restaurants and walked through the neighborhood parks. We were sad to leave and if we are in Toronto again, we know where our first choice is to stay - the Bluff Suite! Thanks Joy!

Beautiful home away from home.


When we arrived in June 2015 sorry I\'m a little late with this. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. The view from the front of the house over looking the lake was gorgeous especially early mornings and late in the evenings. Very spacious home.We were met with fresh fruits, milk, bread and other breakfast items to start of our stay, also the owner provides washing detergents and cleaning items for your visit. We met Ms.Joy she was very friendly and knowledgeable about her city even suggesting places to visit and sites to see. Every morning Ms. Joy brought us the daily news magazines about what was happening g in the city and nearby, the kids loved the place there was lots of space for them to run around and play which they did. The back yard was huge, nicely landscaped with a grill and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows. This home is nestled in the suburbs a very quiet neighborhood you can see families around taking advantage of walking and cycling it felt safe and turned out to be safe because there were many nights when we got in late.

My family and I decided to go North-East for Spring Break and debated on staying downtown in Toronto for the \"Experience\". Glad we opted for staying here instead. Joy greeted us and showed us around the property and even left a starter basket of breakfast foods to get us going. View of the lake was spectacular and the rental gave us plenty of room to relax. Uniquely decorated and well stocked with brochures and local info. Loved the reading nook and the easy access to the city. 15-20 minute drive depending on the traffic. Was able to find our way around quite easily even without GPS. WiFi access was great also. Would definitely consider returning and staying here again. Thanks Joy!
