Sunrise on ocean


The condo was beautiful, very clean and convenient to oceanfront and close to shopping and eateries. Condo has ocean view from balcony. Owner is hospitable and very easy to work with as well as accommodating. We will definitely keep this place on our list of places to stay.

Loved the island and the condo. Restaurant were never more than 3 miles away. Little Hurricane Dorian ran us out a little earlier than we wanted, but will return no doubt.

Perfect location!


This is a wonderful unit for a beach vacation. We loved having the pool access after a day at the beach. This part of the beach in St Simon’s Island is just spectacular. We had plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas included. In addition the beach had many rentals like bikes, boats chairs and umbrellas. The beach is very clean and well maintained. We used the charcoal grill by the pool for our lunch one day. We had a fantastic family beach vacation and would recommend this condo to friends and family,

The best place on SSI!!!


This is my families 2nd time staying at this unit. I cannot say enough good things about this condo! Me and my family love SSI and the location of this condo is one of the best locations on the island. The beach is perfect and the pool is beautiful. The condo is clean and well supplied with everything that you would need for your stay. Charles is the best and is well responsive if you would need anything. We will definitely be back for another stay! I feel that we had found the perfect place for me and my family to make perfect memories for many years to come!!
