Beautiful Beach Cottage 3 bedroom house for rent. House is right across the street from the beach down a private lane...you can almost throw a football and have it land on the beach! One of the longest and most scenic beaches in Maui at your doorstep! Cool off in the evening with a refreshing swim, Kayak, Snorkel, Paddleboard or take a stroll walking with your feet in the sand watching whales jump in the distance with the West Maui Mountains as the backdrop then sit down to watch some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Afterwards, come back and relax in the hot tub. The house also comes with 2 Kayaks so you can just roll the Kayaks to the ocean with no hassle of loading it in the car.  All beach supplies including   a Paddle board, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas complement this rental. This beach cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen countertops, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new flooring throughout, and remodeled bathroom. With a deck off the back of the kitchen there is a  grill to barbecue. The house has two large trees that provide cool shade with a nice breeze off the ocean. It also includes air conditioning when needed. There is a small patio and sitting area by the front door. The house is at the end of the private lane for privacy.  It is close to restaurants, shops, and all the nightlife that Kihei has to offer and is in a very central location on the Island. This is a brand new short term rental which will open up on December 13th 2019- the permit was just approved so that is why there is no reviews yet. I am in the process of getting new furniture which will be delivered December 5th and can provide updated pictures of the rooms with the new furniture in it by then.  The house will sleep 6 in the 3 bedrooms- 2 bedrooms with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. It also has two sleeper sofas in the living room if you wanted to spread out and only sleep 1 in the bedrooms.  It is available for occupancy starting December 13th This house is smoke free so please no smoking.
