This uniquely beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath Key West style home was completed in 2016.   It is stylishly furnished and tastefully decorated.  A large covered porch with comfortable seating and dining options look out over the water in several directions.The property is on an oversized lot, fully fenced and with a nice size dock out back. The canal leads out to the channel that takes you out to the upper part of Tampa Bay. Enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding around while exploring the hundreds of acres of wetlands and canals that lead out to the open bay.  Off the beaten path but close and convenient to downtown, the countries best beaches as well as the areas finest attractions.  Close to everything but far from ordinary!

Memorable Moments at Waterfront Oasis!


Our stay at the Waterfront Oasis was beyond amazing! This was such a welcoming and peaceful getaway from our busy lives! The property is gorgeous, well maintained, conveniently located, and definitely a value that far exceeds the usual hotel hustle and bustle. We will forever hold dear the memorable moments our family experienced kayaking in the Bay and sitting on the deck mesmerized by the most beautiful view! Very nice home


The home was very clean. I loved being right on the water. The kayaks were a great bonus. My kids loved them! Definitely bring lots of bug spray because the mosquitoes are everywhere. I plan on coming back next year.

Great amenities in a convenient location for exploring Tampa


Tami\'s property was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. The location was easy to find, just off the beaten path, and provided unique access to water. The house was spacious, the wraparound porch a treat during sunrises and sunsets, and the water recreational equipment was a nice treat. The large open kitchen was well-lit and contained everything we needed. Tami was a wonderful host, communicated when needed, and we look forward to returning here in the future. Thank you, Tami!

Two thumbs up. If you are looking for a place like us simply to kick back and relax, and getaway from the city noise. This place is for you. Among the pluses are clean, spacious, private gated parking, relaxing view, new appliances and furniture, freshly painted, communicative management, great breeze and peaceful view on the second floor balcony, barbecue available to guests, no traffic on culdesac. If you are a young person on Spring Break this might not be for you. They are family oriented and maintain a well kept home. Me and my family would definitely go back.

The property was everything and more than we expected from the photographs.


We only stayed for four days but we wished that we had spent more time of our four weeks in the states in the property. It was the ideal location for visiting all the wonderful coast line north and south of Clearwater and for visiting all the cultural attractions of Tampa and St. Petersburgh. Also many state parks to visit.

comforable and conveniently located


Very comfortable home with a location that makes all Tampa and St. Pete attractions easily accessible. The home was very clean and well furnished. The airport is less than 15 minutes away if there is a need to pick up family that fly in. Excellent grocery shopping is less than 5 minutes away. Tami is an accommodating and flexible host. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Tampa, especially those that enjoy outdoor activities.

Great House!


This is a very nice unit that I would highly recommend, actually the pictures don\'t do it justice. It is new, very clean and has spacious rooms with a nice deck that has a great view of the waterways. The location is great with a very short drive to downtown Tampa as well as area beaches. There are restaurants and grocery stores within a minute or two drive.
