Best vacation.

We absolutely loved staying at the Park Hyatt residences. The condo was in the best location and everything was perfect from the friendly staff, who would do anything to make the stay wonderful, to the facilities which were top notch. We were so sad to leave.

Convenient, Upscale and Spacious - Great for Kids

We had a lovely week at the Park Hyatt Residences in Beaver Creek. A week before our stay, I checked in with our VRBO contact to reserve a crib and check some other details - they were very responsive and flexible on room set-up options. We ended up picking a unit with two masters (kings) and one room with two twins. Each bedroom had an en suite bath and we also had a half bath in the living room. When we arrived, the valets were super helpful - the front desk was a bit hard to find due to construction in the lobby - but our check-in was professional and quick. The unit itself is very nicely appointed; though not super updated. It\'s decorated in mountain chic and was very clean. We had daily cleaning and nightly turn-down and the cleaning staff was excellent. The location couldn\'t be better - it\'s right at the base of the mountain with lots of greenspace, games/a ropes course/put-put and the hotel has a nicely-sized swimming pool, small playground and lots of outdoor tables to sit and read or eat lunch. It\'s extremely walkable to all of the villages restaurants and shops. We used the Beaver Creek Connection shuttle a few times to go to restaurants that were farther away like Splendido and Mirabelle. There were a few hiccups along the way - hard to get access to some of the gaming equipment like ping pong, bean bag, etc. and a few times we called ahead for our car to the valet but when we arrived at the front, it wasn\'t there; the pool cafe had very sporadic hours, as did the little coffeeshop off the lobby. But all in all, it was a great spot for us given we had grandparents and our kids (2 and 4) in tow for the week. The Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch was a level above in luxury, but we\'d definitely consider staying at the PH again due to the location in Beaver Creek.

Perfect in every way

We typically stay in Bachelor Gulch at the Timbers properties. This year we decided to stay in the village at the Hyatt Residences and can not say enough great things about this property. The location is ideal. Close to all the actives and a handful of great restaurants. The unit was more than sufficient for my husband, 3 teenage sons and myself. Our unit faced the slopes and the ice rink. The views were unbeatable. I would stay here again and again.

Great residence...great location

This was our family\'s 5th annual visit to Beaver Creek. And this was, by far, our best and easiest accommodations. The unit is very spacious...2 large master bedrooms and a smaller room perfect for kids. Everything worked as expected...and being a part of the Park Hyatt means the location is second to none. Having a full kitchen was perfect for breakfast and late night snacks. Our unit overlooked the skating rink...with the picture perfect mountains in the background. The unit is pricey...but definitely worth the price. We\'ll be staying there again.
