This exclusive Caribbean ocean front vacation villa is located right on the Caribbean sea shore at Jan Thiel Beach in Boca Gentil Resort. It is for rent at a minimum of 7 nights.

Caribbean ocean front villa – Sea Paradise Curacao is characterised for its bright Curacao colours, oval private swimming pool and a large terrace hovering above the sea. This exclusive Caribbean ocean front villa is situated near Papagayo and Jan Thiel beach. This ocean front villa is close to Willemstad, the capital of Curacao. The villa is rentable the whole year through, and starts on any day of the week. The villa can only be rented as a whole not partly. No price adjustment if come with less than 8 guests. 
 
Jan Thiel Beach
The villa lies right on the sea shore and near Jan Thiel beach. One can snorkel right in front the sea deck of the vacation home exploring the beautiful Caribbean sea. To that end there is a staircase granting passage to  the protected coral spots for diving in Curacao. At less than 100 meters from Boca Gentil Resort there is a diving school, making this vacation home an ideal place for scuba fans.

Me and my family like to spend our time here taking morning walks in the neighbourhood of Jan Thiel and trips to the West side of  Curacao when we are here on vacation. We love this island. Friendly people, great cusine, wonderful beaches and a easy going life style.

 

My husband Marcos and I live in the  Netherlands but we were both born and raised here on Curacao and are so grateful to have a vacation home on Curacao. It’s the only rental I manage, so I am able to keep it nice and make it a special place for my guests to enjoy their vacation. During your stay, I am available by phone, text, or email if any issues arise or if you have any questions about Curacao. 

Terms & Conditions

Cancelation Policy:
Up to 30 days before departure 75% of the total full price is restituted.
25% of the full price is considered as the cancelation fee.
Cancellations in less than 30 days before departure the full rent is due. There is no refund.
This also applies if you leave earlier than agreed.

We strongly recommend to buy a cancellation and a travel insurance.

Electricity and Water
Your rent includes water and electricity up to a certain limit: per day 60 KWH electricity and 2 cubic meters water. The guest will be asked to register the meter readings upon arrival and departure. Additional usage will be deducted from the damage deposit. Rate of  Electricity is €0.55 per KWH and of water is €9 per cubic meters.
 
Full payment
The owner requires full payments 60 days before arrival.
 
Down payment of 25%
The guest pays 25% of the total for the reservation of the villa. The owner receives the signed rental agreement and the down payment during the bookings process of the villa. Payment is done by Bank transfer (cheapest) or via PayPal/Visa/Mastercard/Discover (easiest but has extra charge of 4,9%).

Stunning Paradise above and underwater


I have been with my wife and daughter for 1 week in this beautiful villa. Everything has been thought of. The villa is close to a supermarket and restaurants. Located on the best spot of the resort so your walk to the beach of Jan Thiel is short (3 minutes). The villa is beautiful and clean looks very well cared for. A few weeks before arrival we received a description with entrance code for the door lock and password of the wifi. The communication is mostly in writing and by telephone. We came by taxi and rented a car in the area. You can also rent a car at the airport. After arrival you will be called by the owners to ask if everything is okay. In between they sent an emailed to ask if you have any questions. Upon departure you will be called again and a lady will come by to inspect the villa. We enjoyed the sea deck the most and especially the deck light at night. Several large tarpons were attracted by the light. We made good use often use of the ladder to the sea as snorkel fans. There are beautiful coral reefs and fishes just about 5 meters from the deck. As excursion we went to Klein Curacao and Hato Caves, these trips were offered on site of the villa. Communication with the owners (Luty & Marcos) was fine, they are always ready to help and in case of a problem they immediately send someone to help out. We suggested to the owners to offer extra service such as a private chef and bartender.

Wonderful Week in Curacao


I spent the week before Easter along with my husband, my sister-in-law, my daughter and my two teenage granddaughters at Villa Sea Paradise in Curacao. The house is lovely, well furnished with all necessities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living experience with much of the living space being outdoors. We have rented beach houses on the North Carolina coast as well as in the Cayman Islands over the last 15 years and I can truly say Luty and Marcus’s house was amazing. The view is spectacular with all kinds of wildlife such as birds and iguanas Some of us went snorkeling right off the deck. We also went snorkeling at Tugboat and Little Knip Beach. We rented a car which was a good idea. We went into Willemstad and drove to the Northern end of the island where we saw young people jumping off the cliffs. Marcus and Luty were gracious and very accommodating. This was a wonderful experience.

Great outdoor living in a great spot!


Our family of 6 stayed at Villa Sea Paradise for a week. I loved all the outdoor living spaces – from the palapa on the over water deck, to couches, hammocks, dining tables and sun loungers. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to make many breakfasts and dinners at the villa. Also liked how convenient the Papagayo resort next door was – for beach, restaurants, shops and quick groceries. We were not able to utilize the ladder into the sea – it was too windy and rough, and we never got around to heating up the hot tub – but thoroughly enjoyed this villa, would recommend it to others, and would visit again!

We loved the house and the location!


“Villa Sea Paradise Curacao, Ideal Shore House for Snorkling in your Backyard ” We are a group of 3 couples who have rented vrbo houses on 7 different islands in the Caribbean. This house and location was the best we have rented. We enjoyed the indoor outdoor living with the ability to snorkel right off the dock on a daily basis. We enjoyed dolphins swimming by most of the days we were there as well. The sunsets were amazing! Not only was the location on the water fabulous, but the quick walk to 4 different beach bar/restaurants and the grocery store was a major bonus. In addition, 2 of us (both women) walked 4-5 miles each morning and felt perfectly safe. We found a 2.5 mile hiking trail and walked to mambo beach and back 1 day. We also walked to Fort Beekenburg which was about 4 miles round trip. All in all a great villa and great week in Curacao! Tip: The villa is not 110V electric, but we bought converters with multiple USB ports to charge phones for around $10 on amazon. Both Curacao and Aruba had electrical outages when we were there, but they only lasted about 3-5 hours so it was a minor inconvenience.
