Location Location Location... the apartment has a great location to enjoy South Beach A few blocks from all the important places - South Beach, Ocean Blvd, Collins Ave, Espanola way, Lincoln Road. The apartment is in a safe locality, with all the required amenities. Anthony is a great host, and we had wonderful time at the apartment. We highly recommend the apartment if you want to enjoy South Beach Florida.
This is a very well-located place; if you want to be in South Beach and would like to be able to walk the location is basically perfect. We came with a car, and used the free street parking provided by Anthony, but actually hardly used our car. We walked around the neighbourhood, to the beach, to dinner, etc, and mostly used the bus or ride share to get further afield (e.g. when getting drinks and dinner one night in Wynwood). While the apartment is not necessarily luxurious it is as shown in the photos, clean and has everything you need for a short stay, including kitchen utensils etc. The bed is very large and comfortable. It’s very good value for money considering how expensive Miami can be. Communication with Anthony is excellent - he responds immediately and clearly to all questions, and checking in and out was seamless and easy.
