These are timeshare weeks from Saturday to Saturday. You pay for the full week. You don't have to be there the full week but you are renting a one week timeshare. Reservations made 45 days or LESS COSTS $623 for the entire week ($89/nt) For any 1 bedroom sleeps 4 Reservations made MORE than 45 days COSTS $693 for the entire week ($99/nt) For any 1 bedroom sleeps 4 I use PayPal exclusively for all payments This price includes all fees and taxes at the resort, your card will be used for a security deposit which is fully refundable as long as there are no charges to your room. Please pay attention to the instructions on how to leave your room There is seldom availability less than 2 weeks away... from 3-6 weeks, the odds are very good Once the rental is complete the sale is final. There are no refunds. If your plans change, let me know as early as possible, and I will try to rent it to someone else. And if successful, I will refund you whatever money I receive... But no guarantees.

Swim and relax in one of our 4 beautiful pools. Enjoy an invigorating workout in our fitness center or tee off on our mini golf or nearby 18-hole championship golf course.

Budget

All this for just $79-$99 a night for a 7 night stay from Saturday to Saturday, with all fees included except the refundable security deposit at the resort. There are no cleaning fees as long as you leave the room in a decent manner.
