Unobstructed views of the bay and the famous land’s end of the Baja Peninsula with in-door and out-door Jacuzzis.
A spa, hair salon, gym, several pools, bars, and a variety of dining options. Kids club. Hotel is on the beautiful sandy beach, with lots of sports options (as well as restaurants and bars on the beach). Boats, jetskis, snorkling, whales, seals, there's a lot to see and do.
Five minute walk to center of very vibrant busy town with lots of activities/sports/food/drink/entertainment options. A fun safe town.
You can also drive to the Pacific Ocean side, absolutely beautiful but tides are rough so swimming not recommended (no problem swimming in the bay at the hotel itself). The dunebuggying is highly recommended.
Rentals go from Friday to Friday (only).

I have three weeks available during the year for others to rent, but you need to give me maximum notice as there are never vacancies at the last minute, and peak winter period always booked early.
All bookings are final.
Guest access
Guests have access to everything: the full condo, the entire resort & spa. Lots of food & meal options available within and outside of the resort, but these are at your own expense (not included in price).
Interaction with guests
I will not be there to greet you but the resort staff is excellent.
I am very open to having email and telephone exchanges.
Other things to note
This is a timeshare. I will always need to check availability so the sooner you give me potential Friday to Friday dates, the better.
I will need to pay the resort upfront when you commit hence the need for your commitment to be concrete and final. And everything needs to be paid upfront please.
