As you enter the luxuriously appointed contemporary styled living room with its soaring cathedral ceiling, you are immediately presented with Anticipation’s spectacular view. It is one of only a few villas that can boast both a sweeping view of the Caribbean Ocean and the renowned Tryall golf course. Anticipation’s five bedroom suites are tastefully appointed and air conditioned with custom furnishings and luxurious bedding. Each bedroom and en suite bathrooms feature stone flooring and state of the art bath fixtures.

This world class golf course boast hillside and seaside fairways. In-house greens fees offered to the villa's guests.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations over (or before) 60 days (for Summer) and 90 days (for Winter) prior to arrival will result in full refund. Cancellations less than 60 days(for Summer) and 90 days (for Winter) will results in 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations for Holiday Season stay (December 20-Jan 4) are required prior to July 21st for a full refund.

We loved Anticipation Villa


We loved Anticipation at Tryall! There was a little mix up before we got there in that we were sent info on another villa so we thought there would be some amenities there that were not. Besides that though, we had the best family trip! The villa was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The staff was attentive and sweet and made us feel at home. They took care of everything we needed, which made the trip worry free. Booking through LuxuryRetreats also made the trip an easy one to plan- we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Magical, rejuvenating, gorgeous and more. Words or pictures cannot do justice to experiencing this view in person, and it\'s a short golf ride to the beach -- even walking to the beach is nice with amazing view as you come down the hillside. We cannot say enough about the staff, incredibly caring, conscientious and competent -- quality people. Fitzroy will cook you the best meals of your life! We wanted to stay forever.

Our family has traveled all over the world, from Botswana to Paris and everywhere in between. This trip to Tryall Club at Jamaica was one of the best vacations we have ever had! The staff at our Villa, \"Anticipation\" made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. They went way beyond our expectations and met every need - before we even told them!
