4 Bedroom, Sleeps 10, cathedral ceiling, with 2 story windows let in the sunshine. Master bedroom has queen bed and  balcony that looks out into protected wooded area. On first floor, bedroom with full and twin bed, other bedroom has two twin beds, ground floor bedroom has queen bed and one twin. Washer, dryer and everything you could need in a kitchen. Ground floor has rec-room with foosball & TV , DVD Wifi throughout.
 
Excellent wooded hiking trail at top of street and nearby Mount Will. Sunday River has zip line tours, golf, extreme biking, bungee trampoline, scenic chair lift rides, and many summer events. Kids love Big Adventure (2 miles away) with laser tag, water slide, and mini golf. Kayaking the  Androscoggin river it's incredibly beautiful slow paced take you through mountain valley.

A dream home away from home


We were 3 families and it was perfect for us. Nice area you can enjoy the Fall colors right from this house. We took memorable photos there. We found everything we needed in the house. Nice kitchen and table for group dinner. Games at the basement. Overall very satisfying stay. Note: Google maps shows the house incorrect. Follow the instructions provided by the owner.
