As you enter the luxuriously appointed contemporary styled living room with its soaring cathedral ceiling, you are immediately presented with Anticipation’s spectacular view. It is one of only a few villas that can boast both a sweeping view of the Caribbean Ocean and the renowned Tryall golf course. Anticipation’s six bedroom suites are tastefully appointed and air conditioned with custom furnishings and luxurious bedding. Each bedroom and en suite bathrooms feature stone flooring and state of the art bath fixtures.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations over (or before) 60 days (for Summer) and 90 days (for Winter) prior to arrival will result in full refund. Cancellations less than 60 days(for Summer) and 90 days (for Winter) will results in 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations for Holiday Season stay (December 20-Jan 4) are required prior to July 21st for a full refund.

Outstanding in every way!


The staff at Anticipation was outstanding in every way. The Chef Fitzroy was the best we ever had. We asked for Mexican, Italian, Chinese, and he prepared them all in a very delicious way. Desmond was always attentive and Latoya was friendly and helpful at booking spa treatments and generally providing us with information. We had several guests arrive late or leave early and the staff always made each one feel most welcome. Jasmine would not allow even one T shirt to go unwashed and we arrived home for the first time with suitcases full of clean clothes! Til next year Tryall!

Outstanding Vacation Experience!


Our recent visit to Anticipation Villa at the Tryall Club in Montego Bay, Jamaica was incredible. While there are other villas within this club, Anticipation offers the perfect combination of excellent staffing/service, incredible views, comfortable living quarters and easy access to all club amenities. We toured other villas which are quite nice -- however, many of them felt more like a resort hotel and not a home. The villa staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful and great attitude and highly skilled (professional). The chef provides a wide array of cuisine options and works with you to develop your preferred menu with a few fun suggestions to enhance the experience. The villa itself has an amazing view and every room was spacious and well appointed. The owners clearly pay attention to the details. The location is IDEAL as we found making a quick trip to club store, beach, club house or pro shop was very easy. We found the perfect place for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation! We will be back.

Truly amazing stay!


The house and views are incredible, the accommodations and food 5-Star, and Tryall itself is fantastic. With all of that said, what truly made our vacation one of our best ever is your team at Anticipation. From the moment we arrived, they took care of our every need and went above and beyond any expectation we had. We cannot tell how special Desmond, Latoya, Fitzroy, Jasmine and the whole team are.

Magical, rejuvenating, gorgeous and more.


Words or pictures cannot do justice to experiencing this view in person, and it\'s a short golf ride to the beach -- even walking to the beach is nice with amazing view as you come down the hillside. We cannot say enough about the staff, incredibly caring, conscientious and competent -- quality people. Fitz Roy will cook you the best meals of your life! We wanted to stay forever. ?

Everything was perfect!


The villa was amazing, the setting lovely, the staff wonderful. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we felt so pampered, welcome and happy to be there. We stayed at the Anticipation Villa which is gorgeously decorated, with spectacular views of the ocean and has every amenity and everything one could ever need on a vacation. The food left us quite speechless - every meal was tremendous.

Can't Find a Better Place!
