Our stay at the Mini Castles was fantastic! We traveled to Las Vegas for a conference at the Last Vegas Convention Center and brought a team of 30 people with us. We also held a luncheon with our sales team on one of the days. Annette was EXTREMELY helpful along every step of the way. She gave us a more than fair price on 3 Mini Castles properties and we were completely ecstatic when we arrived at the property. It was beautiful, large, comfortable, well-kept and a perfect venue for our team to spend 5 days at - each day after a conference work day - to feel relaxed and comfortable during our stay and team building. Great combination of classy and comfortable. Annette walked us through all of the details and questions that we had from how to arrange the meeting, the catered lunch and setup, what catering company to use, what reliable limo company to use to get to and from the convention center, specifics on wifi and logistics, and more. She let a few of our team arrive a night early to set up the event and made herself or her assistant available at all times with any questions that we had. She gave us the option of having her assistant or Vonns to pick up/drop off groceries and drinks prior to our arrival to be put away and ready for our arrival and offered to move furniture around to accommodate our needs. She even spent the time on a call walking us through all of our questions and needs. Annette was extremely flexible with us shipping multiple items for the convention event to the property and made herself available via phone call or text with any questions that we had before and during our stay. She and her assistant were so nice, and such a pleasure to work with. Any time we needed something they were right there to help. We cooked every night outside of our catered meeting, and had a wonderful family-style nightly event. Stellar customer service and awesome venue status aside, this was an overall fabulous experience. Beautiful, spacious, clean property. Great people to work with that were extremely helpful. Safe, gated, private location. All of the resources that we needed for our stay were already at the venue when we arrived. I\'d give Annette and her property 5-stars and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay there!
I travel with a large group to Vegas each January for a work event and the Mini Castles is by far the best part of this trip. Vegas is fun but the casinos, smoke, crowds, etc. can be tiring so having a comfortable home like space to relax in makes all the difference between a good and bad trip. I rent all three houses to accommodate our team giving us more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The beds are comfy, full bathrooms in each room is perfect, dining spaces are great and the layout of houses allows people to be social with the group or find a space for some quiet time. The kitchens are equipped with everything needed to cook and serve a meal and the catering company we use (Masterpiece Cuisine) loves working in the castles. We love that they always have some breakfast items ready for us so we don\'t have to run to the store first thing. We also love the pool and hot tub, even in January - I wish I had a reason to stay in the summer to fully utilize the outdoor spaces! Overall whether you\'re in Vegas for business or fun the castles will not disappoint. It\'s less than a 10 minute drive to the strip, Uber and Taxi are available so no need to stay in a stuffy hotel. I can\'t recommend the Mini Castles more and look forward to our stay each year!
